i met hugo the first time in tyrol during last winter. right in the middle of the aprés ski he was introduced to me as the new girls drink. but i can tell you: hugo is good for boys too and also perfect during summer!
easy to prepare, it becomes a well chilled drink in the shadow of some trees on a hot summer day. mix, relax and enjoy!
for each:
a little bit of elderflower syrup
one or two ice cubes
one slice of lemon
some mint leaves
cremant, sparkling wine or champagne
