Gar nicht so einfach, ich habe so viele tolle Bücher gelesen. Aber ich glaube, das sind meine Favoriten ...

Burn for Me, White Hot & Wildfire *****(Hidden Legacy I-III) von Ilona AndrewsGenre: Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance, Mystery, Action/AbenteuerÜbernatürliches: Magier
Wer meinem Blog schon eine Weile folgt, weiß, dass ich ein absoluter Fan des Autoren-Duos Ilona Andrews bin. Deshalb ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass sich wieder Bücher der beiden unter meinen Jahresfavoriten befinden. :-)) Von der Hidden Legacy Reihe bin ich wirklich total begeistert. So viel Magie, eine faszinierende Welt, starke Charaktere, spannende Handlung, eine sexy Liebesgeschichte und der übliche, sarkastische Humor. Was will man mehr? Ich habe alle 3 Bücher in einem Rutsch durchgelesen und konnte sie kaum aus der Hand legen. Hach, wie ich auf eine Fortsetzung hoffe ...

Falls ihr Bücher mit viel Magie liebt, solltet ihr diese Reihe auf jeden Fall lesen. Sie ist einfach genial. Soviel ich weiß gibt es sie aber noch nicht auf deutsch, oder zumindest finde ich sie nicht. Falls ich mich irre, sagt mir bitte, wie der 1. Teil auf deutsch heißt. ;-)
Seize The Night ***** & Acheron *****(Dark-Hunterverse #7 & 14) von Sherrilyn KenyonGenre: Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance, Action/AbenteuerÜbernatürliches: Vampire, Dämonen, Götter, Menschen mit Fähigkeiten
Eigentlich hätte fast jeder Teil dieser Reihe in diesen TTT gepasst, aber ich habe auch noch andere tolle Bücher gelesen. Deshalb habe ich mich für die 2 Teile, die mir am allerbesten gefallen haben, entschieden. Tabitha (aus Teil 7) ist einfach genial. Ich hab selten so gelacht wie bei ihrer Geschichte. Der Humor der Reihe ist genau mein Fall, aber Tabby hat noch einen drauf gesetzt. ♥ Ich markiere mir immer Stellen mit Seitenmarkern, die ich besonders toll und/oder lustig fand, damit ich sie später nochmal lesen kann. Bei diesem Buch war fast alles bunt. :-))Acheron war auch lustig, aber erst gegen Ende (als es in der Gegenwart weiter ging). Dafür war es umso herzzerreißender. Wie ich mit Ash mitgelitten und mitgefiebert habe. Dem Armen blieb echt nichts erspart. :-(

Die Bücher können auch außerhalb der Reihe gelesen werden, da es immer um verschiedene Paare geht, aber ein paar Handlungsstränge ziehen sich durch die Reihe und auch die Charaktere haben kleinere Rollen in anderen Teilen. Deshalb empfehle ich, mit Teil 1 zu beginnen, falls ihr die Reihe noch nicht kennt und neugierig geworden seid. Auf englisch startet sie mit Fantasy Lover, auf deutsch mit Magie der Sehnsucht.
One Fell Sweep *****(Innkeeper Chronicles #3) von Ilona AndrewsGenre: Urban Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Action/Abenteuer, Mystery, Paranormal Romance

Mehr Ilona Andrews ... :-)) Auch der 3. Teil der Innkeeper Chronicles, die zuerst immer als kostenloses Serial auf der Homepage des Autoren-Duos veröffentlicht werden, war wieder genial. Ich konnte es jede Woche kaum abwarten, bis wieder ein neuer Teil erschien. Und sobald das Buch veröffentlicht wurde, habe ich es sofort gekauft und gleich noch einmal gelesen. :-)

Ja, es geht nochmal mit Ilona Andrews weiter. Die Bücher haben es mir einfach angetan, und ich glaube, eine Jahreshighlight-Liste ohne Kate Daniels geht bei mir nicht mehr. Außer die Reihe endet, aber darüber will ich gar nicht nachdenken. :-((Auch dieser Teil war wieder genial und ich kann es gar nicht abwarten, den nächsten zu lesen.

Auch die Mercy Thompson Reihe befindet sich immer wieder in meinen Favoritenlisten. Sie gehört immer noch zu meinen Lieblingsreihen. Mercy & Adam sind einfach klasse. ♥

Edge of Dawn ***** (deutsche Version: Vertraute der Sehnsucht)(Midnight Breed #11) von Lara AdrianGenre: Vampirroman, Paranormal Romance, Urban Fantasy, Action/Abenteuer, Post-ApocalypseÜbernatürliches: Vampire, Menschen mit Fähigkeiten, Unsterbliche
Erst war ich ja etwas skeptisch, ob mir die Geschichten, die ab Buch 11 in der Zukunft spielen, gefallen würden. Und anfangs war ich auch wenig begeistert von Kellan, dessen Verhalten und Motive ich einfach nicht nachvollziehen konnte. Aber als dann mehr aufgedeckt wurde, hat sich das schlagartig geändert und ich war total begeistert. Und nicht nur von diesem Teil. Auch die folgenden sind klasse. Die nächste Generation von Orden Mitgliedern ist genauso toll wie die ursprünglichen, die Reihe weiterhin sehr lesenswert, auch wenn ich persönlich eher eine Ablegerreihe daraus gemacht hätte.

Die Alex Craft Reihe war für mich letztes Jahr ganz neu. Habe sie durch eine Freundin entdeckt und war sofort begeistert. Wenn es um Hexen und Magie geht, bin ich sofort dabei. :-)) Teil 3 hat mir bisher am besten gefallen, aber die restlichen sind fast genauso gut. Lese jetzt gerade den 5.

Alex Craft verfügt über die Macht, die Schatten der Toten zu beschwören. Da diese meistens ziemlich redselig sind, haben sie der Privatdetektivin schon bei manchem Fall sehr geholfen. Auch dass die Schatten neuerdings aggressiv sind und sie sogar angreifen, hält Alex nicht davon ab, ihren Job zu erledigen. Immerhin ist der Tod für die Ermittlerin kein Unbekannter. Doch niemals hätte Alex erwartet, dass er persönlich erscheint, um ihr das Leben zu retten. Und dass er in Jeans so gut aussieht!
