Eine Hunderunde auf dem Rad durch die Felder ist zu dieser Jahreszeit besonders schön. Auf allen Feldern wird geerntet und wenn etwas liegen bleibt, darf man es mitnehmen. Es ist zwar nicht immer das schönste Gemüse, aber es schmeckt ja trotzdem gut. Daher mache ich diesen "Feldeinkauf" natürlich sehr gerne. ;-) Auf dieser Tour gab es Poree und Wirsingkohl im Angebot. Der Hund kaute dagegen lieber an einer Möhre herum. ^^
Den Lauch werde ich für eine Spargel-Lauch-Quiche verwenden, auch ein Rezept aus dem Paleo Kochbuch, das ich letztens vorgestellt habe. Mal schauen, was ich mit dem Wirsing machen werde, da bin ich noch etwas ideenlos. Hat jemand vielleicht ein interessantes, nicht zu aufwendiges Rezept für Wirsingkohl?

On all fields is harvest and when the farmers left something behind, we may take it with us Although it is not always the most beautiful vegetable, but it tastes good anyway. So Iobviously like doing this "field shopping" a lot. ;-) There was leek and savoy cabbage on offer on this tour The dog, however like chewing on a carrot. ^^
The leek I will use for an asparagus and leek quiche, a recipe from the Paleo cookbook that I recently showed you. Let's see what I will do with the savoy cabbage, because I'm still a little uninspired. Maybe someone has an interesting, not too complicated recipe for savoy cabbage?
