A couple of weeks ago my family came for a short weekend trip to London. While I love showing family and friends around and taking them to my favorite hotspots in town, lately I find myself wanting to explore more of the UK and share this experience. Since my family are frequent visitors and know all the tourist attractions as well as my favorite hot spots, I decided it's time to take them on a day trip out of town. I had a very special place in mind - nestled away in the British countryside lies the Soho Farmhouse which belongs to the uber stylish member club chain Soho House and is the picture-perfect getaway for a weekend, it's so close to London that you even can just go for the day and that's what we did.
Tacked away in the English countryside, we enjoyed some ice cooled rosé, had a light lunch and took the opportunity to unwind from the hustle and bustle of London's streets before we finished the day of with some super delicious Japanese food. Oh what a perfect day it has been! For the occasion, I wore my new Humanic flats - aren't they cute? With August coming to an end, it's time to get our wardrobes ready for the transitioning to cooler months. These Humanic flats are the perfect pair to transition between summer and fall as they look cute with shorts, skirts and jeans. During the day, I wore them with some jeans shorts and changed later into my favorite high-waisted jeans. Plus, they are the perfect match to my Furla Metropolitan cross body bag.
