OUTFIT – BANDANA LOVER.

On Saturday I returned back home from my trip (some travel posts will follow!) and I’m already missing the ocean, beach, palm trees and most of all some sunshine. These things make me feel so happy – it’s incredible! Where’s summer gone in Germany? Since I’m not ready to let go just yet, here is one more summer look featuring my favorite jeans shorts and my navy blue bandana.
To me, there is no piece of clothing representing hot, long summer days more appropriate than jeans shorts. Even though the One Teaspoon shorts are highly overpriced (roughly 100€), this pair remains to be one of my favorite shorts of all time. They are real short shorts and sometimes it’s tough to pull a look together wearing these that seems suitable enough for a day in the city. My solution? I always wear a classy or girly top with my One Teaspoon shorts to equalize their shortness and there is nothing trashy anymore. Recently, I’ve been wearing this blue bandana a lot more frequently since it’s the perfect accessory to any beach outfit (see here). But doesn’t it also look good for a day in the city?

Am Samstag bin ich von meiner Asienreise zurückgekommen (einige weitere Reiseposts folgen!) und jetzt schon vermisse ich das Meer, den Strand, die Palmen und vor allem die Sonne. Es ist unglaublich wie wohl ich mich in der Sonne fühle und wie gut sie mir tut. Dem Wetter nach zu urteilen hat sich der Sommer 2016 in Deutschland bereits verabschiedet. Da ich noch nicht ganz bereit bin für dieses Jahr loszulassen, gibt’s heute nochmal einen richtigen Sommerlook in meiner liebsten Jeansshorts und meinem dunkelblauen Bandana.
In meinen Augen gibt es wohl kaum ein Kleidungsstück, dass so sehr den Sommer repräsentiert wie eine Jeansshorts. Obwohl die One Teaspoon Shorts wirklich viel zu überteuert sind (knapp 100€ für so wenig Stoff!), bleiben sie einfach wohl meine liebsten Shorts im Schrank. Sie sind wirklich ziemlich kurz und oftmals scheinen sie gerade wegen ihrer Kürze unpassend für den Alltag in der Stadt. Meine Lösung? Ich kombiniere einfach klassische oder sehr feminine Tops dazu. So wirkt das Outfit absolut nicht billig und die Shorts ist auch ein guter Begleiter in der Stadt und nicht nur für den Strand. Mein blaues Bandana kam gerade im Urlaub richtig häufig zum Einsatz, weil’s einfach das perfekte Accessoire für jeden Beach-Look ist. Hier zum Beispiel habe ich es lässig in die Haare gebunden. Aber auch um den Hals macht sich das Bandana meiner Meinung nach richtig fein. Was sagt ihr?
