Hallo amerikanische Sailor Moon Fans, hier ist Naoko Takeuchi. Danke für all eure Unterstützung an Sailor Moon!Wenn ich das richtig verstehe ist also der offizielle Termin für die Hardcover Manga Neuveröffentlichung (denn das war hier wohl mit dem Box Set gemeint) der 20. November. Außerdem wird es wieder ein neues Artbook geben - für viele Länder ist das schon eine Premiere. Das Erscheinungsdatum ist noch unbekannt. Es soll ein einziges Artbook werden, mit Bildern die bereits in früheren Artbooks veröffentlicht wurden aber auch mit bisher unbekannten Bildern. Es sollen diverse Editionen also eine US Version, eine Japanversion usw. jeweils mit leicht anderen Inhalten veröffentlicht werden. Das neue Artbook wird weltweit gleichzeitig veröffentlicht.Es macht mich sehr glücklich dass so viele Menschen sich für mein geliebtes Baby Sailor Moon interessieren, nachdem sie den Ozean nach Amerika überquert hat. Ich habe Bilder von amerikanischen Fans gesehen die Charaktere aus Sailor Moon cosplayen und ich habe gehört dass ihr alle die Mangas und ganz viele Produkte sammelt und es macht mich sehr glücklich und bewegt mich tief dass Sailor Moon und ich so viel Liebe bekommen haben, und das sogar aus einem anderen Land.
Dies ist das 20 Jubiläum von Sailor Moon und es gibt viele Pläne, von denen ich sicher bin dass sie euch gefallen werden. Zunächst, passend zu den Thanksgiving Tagen, wird es am 20. November 2012 ein neues Sailor Moon Box Set geben und es wird 2013 außerdem ein Artbook geben das weltweit gleichzeitig veröffentlicht wird. Ich bin sicher beides wird wundervoll. Ich weiß dass wir weiterhin mit noch interessanteren Dingen aufwarten werden. Bitte freut euch schon darauf!

Today there are a bunch of great Sailor Moon news, that we can be happy about. At this year's Comic-Con in New York, Kondansha, the publisher of the Sailor Moon manga had a very special surprise for the fans - a rare, personal message from Naoko Takeuchi for the American fans, that are just as interesting to her fans in the rest of the world:
Hello American Sailor Moon fans, it’s Naoko Takeuchi. Thank you for all the support you’ve given Sailor Moon!If I get this right, the official date for the hardcover manga re-release (that's what I understood when the box set was mentioned) is November the 20th. And there will be another artbook - which is a premiere for many countries. We don't get to know the date yet. It's planned to be a single artbook with illustrations that have been published in previous artbook releases , but there will also be some unknown pictures. There will be different editons like a U.S. version, a Japanese version and so on with slightly different contents. The new artbook will be released worldwide simultaneously.
It makes me very happy that so many people are caring for my precious baby, Sailor Moon, after she has crossed the sea to America. I’ve seen pictures of American fans cosplaying as Sailor Moon characters and heard that all of you are collecting lots of manga and merchandise, and it makes me happy and moves me deeply that Sailor Moon and I have received so much love, even in another country.
This is the 20th Anniversary of Sailor Moon, and there are lots of plans I’m sure you will enjoy. First, for the Thanksgiving Day season on Nov 20, 2012 there will be a Sailor Moon box set, and also an art book will be released simultaneously worldwide in 2013. I’m sure they will both be wonderful. I know we’ll continue to come up with even more fun things in the future. Please look forward to them!
