Cole und Shpresa lernten sich auf ungewöhnlichem Wege kennen. Zunächst waren sie sich nur über Soundcloud bekannt, doch rasch entwickelte sich daraus eine 5-monatige Skype-Beziehung. Dann im Juni 2012 flog Shpresa von Stockholm zu Cole nach Minneapolis und blieb dort bis das Paar zwei Monate später zusammen zurück nach Schweden flog. Das war die Geburtsstunde von Flora Cash. Sie heirateten und beginnen ihre gemeinsame musikalische Laufbahn.
Mit ‚Snow, Lights‘ ist ihre dritte Single zu hören, die EP wird Anfang nächsten Jahres bei ICEA erscheinen.

„We wanted to write a Christmas song that conveyed an underlying „darkness“ but in a way that preserved positivity. To some people, there is something cynical- even hypocritical, about the joy and peace that people embrace (and profess to strive toward) during the holiday season when just as quickly as December began, they seem to drop those high ideals when it is over. We wanted our song to embrace and address this criticism of the holidays while also saying ‚…but it’s okay.
I want to wish you a merry Christmas.'“
