- leider recht teuer. Wie gefühlt alles in diesem Hobby. Benutzt ihr einen externen Blitz? Und wenn ja welchen? Und wofür nutzt ihr ihn so?
E Thanks to my dad I now have a external flash now: a YN-568EX II by Yongnuo. I never really used the internal flash of my camera, sometimes when I didn't want to take real good photos - for example on my birthday party - I used it, but wasn't that convinced of it. You can't use a diffusor with it and it's light is pretty hard.Taking photos inside the house without a flash doesn't make so much fun, either you have to choose a really high ISO or need a room with a lot of light in it. I didn't have a room with so much light. I also think that the flash is really useful for macrophotography outside without a home studio, because you have a lot more light and don't need a really high ISO or a long exposure time. Well. if you want to know more about macro photography I wrote a macro tutorial some time ago, which you find here. Also I heard that the flash is really good for people photography.I'm now pretty excited to test the flash. Last Wednesday I wrote my last exam so I will hopefully have time soon to take some photos with it. By now I just tested it in my little home studio to take some macro pictures of my parched tulips, which I showed you last Thursday.I have some basic knowledge about flashs, thanks to Scott Kelby which wrote something about it in his books. The other things I will just learn while doing. At the moment I don't have a fitting remote release, so I can't use it "off camera". Those releases for external flashes are way more expensive then I thought - like everything ins this hobby.
Do you use an external flash? And for which motives do you use it?
