Bei den Clean Eating Prinzipien hab ich euch ja schon gesagt, das es am besten ist immer selbst zu kochen. Da weiß man was drinnen ist. Die Frage ist aber immer: wie nehm ich das Essen mit?? Plastikdosen mag ich nicht mehr, die Hormone die abgesondert werden möchte ich einfach vermeiden, und das Essen nimmt dann auch oft den Plastikgeschmack an, das ist einfach iiiih. Heute stelle ich euch daher zwei Alternativen vor!!
I already told you in the Clean Eating Principles that its best to always cook your own meals to know what’s in them. The question that pops up: how do I take it with me?? I don’t like plastic containers anymore, I want to avoid the hormones that they exude and sometimes the food tastes like plastic, yuck. Today I have two alternatives for you!!
Vor einer Weile hat mich eine Firma angeschrieben und gefragt, ob ich ein “Boc’n'Roll” testen möchte. Ich wusste natürlich nicht was das ist (kanntet ihrs?), war aber nach ein bisschen Recherche gleich Feuer und Flamme! Boc’n'Roll ist eine Verpackung für Lebensmittel. Außen Stoff, innen umweltfreundlicher, recyclebarer Kunststoff. Außerdem ein Klettverschluss, mit dem man das Ganze verschließt – je nachdem was man einpackt klein oder groß.
A while ago a company asked my to try a Boc’n'Roll. I didn’t know what this is (did you?) but after some research I really wanted to try it!! Boc’n'Roll is a package for eats. Fabric on the outside, ecological, recyclable plastic. There’s also a hook-and-loop-fastener to close it – the size is adjustable.

Die zweite Alternative sind die berühmten Mason Jars. Eine günstige Alternative (und im deutschsprachigen Raum einfacher zu bekommen) sind leere Gläser von Marmeladen etc, sind genauso stylish und praktisch (quasi Mason Jars für Arme 
)!
