My training schedule in Germany will end at the end of March. And I will go back to Tokyo and re-start working there from April. So this is my last blog entry. I experienced and learned so many things in Europe. Through meeting, talking, and sometimes dancing with people. In offices, parks, stadiums. I noticed mature cultures, beautiful scenary, lively colleagues, even good points of Japanese cultures and behaviors… I cannot count everything. NTT DATA Group has started activities of group integration more vigorously for higher value creation.
This integration means more international collaboration – and more cultural friction. And this kind of friction is important for growth. We should not try to escape from it. I would like to contribute to find the friction, solve it, and make a new integrated culture with colleagues all over the world. Experience in Europe will give me a lot of things to do it. Also I hope my blog entries and the time shared with international colleagues and friends would help understand about Japan’s mysteries. I will come back to Europe for business trips, private trips, and for living some day! Germany is my second home country.
Bye for now!
