Bist du inzwischen gut im Neuen Jahr angekommen? Ich bin das auf jeden Fall, möchte heute aber trotzdem nochmal ein bisschen in der Vergangenheit schwelgen - keine Sorge, das wird kein weiterer stink normaler Jahresrückblick. Vor einem Weilchen schon habe ich nämlich eine tolle Blogparade entdeckt, die dazu aufruft ein bisschen durch alte Fotos zu stöbern und die besten Fotos der letzten 6 Monate, also Juli bis Dezember rauszusuchen. Ich finde das ist seine sehr schöne Idee und wollte somit gleich mitmachen.
Als kleinen Denkanstoß gibt es Kategorien zu denen man die besten Bilder zeigen soll. Als ich die Kategorien das erste mal durchgelesen habe, dachte ich noch "Oh je dazu wirst du kein einziges Bild finden!". Letztenendes war es dann aber gar nicht so schwer und für viele Kategorien hatte ich sogar mehrere Bilder zur Auswahl.
Um jetzt nicht nur stumpf ein paar Bilder und Kategorien hier zu zeigen, möchte ich immer noch ein bisschen was zum Bild schreiben. Außerdem gibt es ganz exklusiv die Exifs der Bilder. Ich würde mich sehr über dein Feedback freuen:

Did you have a great start into the new Year? I happily did, but today I want to look into the past again - don't worry, this won't be another normal year's retrospect. A little while ago I found a really nice blogparade which animates to look through old pictures and pick some great pictures of the last six months. I though that's a great idea and so I really wanted to join this parade.
It would be boring to just pick some random pictures and so the blogparade gives some topics. When I first saw them I was thinking: "Well, I won't find even one picture for this topics!", but in the end, it wasn't that hard and I found quite a lot.
I don't want to just show you some pictures and don't say a word and so I want to write some words to every picture. Besides, you will get the really exclusive exifs. I would really like to get some feedback from you:

Tierisch / Animalistic

Im November hat es mich mit einer Kommilitonin ins Niendorfer Gehege verschlagen, einem relativ großen Waldgebiet in der Stadt. Eigentlich sind wir wegen dem Wildtiergehege dort hingefahren, aber schon auf unserem kleinen Spaziergang dort hin, sind uns allerlei schöne Motive begegnet. Als ich gerade ein paar Makro Aufnahmen geschossen habe - wahrscheinlich waren es Pilze - meinte meine Freundin dann: Guck mal hier ist ein Frosch! Ich dachte eigentlich, Frösche müssten so spät im Jahr schon längst in der Winterstarre sein, aber dieser hier war quick lebendig und hüpfte über den Waldboden. Es entstand so etwas wie eine kleine Verfolgungsjagd, aber ein paar Fotos konnte ich dann doch von ihm schießen.
Dieses Bild fiel mir schon auf dem Kamerabildschirm ins Auge und ich war begeistert. Zum Glück war es auf dem großen Bildschirm dann genauso gut. Die Auswahl eines Bildes für dieses Thema war also so gar nicht schwer für mich.
In November I visited a bigger woodland in the middle of Hamburg with a friend. We especially wanted to see an enclosure for deer in there, but on our little walk to this area, we found a lot of great motives. When I just took some macro shots - it might have been mushrooms - my friend told me that she found a frog. I thought that was quite crazy in November because it was pretty cold already. But the frog was full of life and hopping over the foreground. We had a little pursuit and I could take some nice photos of it.
When I saw this picture on my camera display I was really happy and luckily on the computer it also looked good. So the selection of a picture for this topic wasn't hard for me at all.
Berühmt / Famous

Schon schwieriger ein gutes Bild zu finden war es dann bei diesem Thema "Berühmt". Erst dachte ich an berühmte Personen, von denen ich natürlich keine fotografiert habe. Schließlich kam ich zu dem Schluss einen berühmtes Bauwerk oder eine berühmte Aussicht zu wählen, also habe ich meine Bilder von Amsterdam und Berlin durchforstet. Wahrscheinlich erkennt man es bei diesem Bild nicht auf den ersten Blick, aber ich habe mich für die Berliner Mauer entschieden: bekannt wie ein bunter Hund und das auf der ganzen Welt.
It was harder to find a good picture for the topic "Famous". First I was thinking of a famous person, but of course, I never made a photo of one. Then I was thinking of a famous building or view, so I looked through my pictures of Amsterdam and Berlin. Probably you can't see what the picture is at the first sight so I will tell you: it's a part of the Berlin Wall, which is famous all around the world.
Gewachsen / Grown

Bei "Gewachsen" dachte ich erst an Blümchen und Pilze, schließlich kam mir aber ein besseres Bild in den Sinn: ein Grab des jüdischen Friedhofs in Altona, das in einen Baum eingewachsen ist. Ich bin total verliebt in das Licht, dass ich an diesem Tag erwischt habe. Außerdem war dieser Friedhof ein so friedlicher Ort, der eine unendliche Ruhe ausstrahlt.
When I read the topic "Grown" I was first thinking of flowers and mushrooms but in the end, I was thinking of another picture: a grave on a Jewish graveyard in Altona, that was grown into a tree. I'm totally in love with the light in this picture and besides this graveyard was a really silent and peaceful place.
Nachts / At Night

Dieses Bild ist meines Erachtens nach das beste Bild, dass ich je im dunkeln gemacht habe und das obwohl ich nichtmal ein Stativ hatte. Aber nun von vorne: Anfang Oktober habe ich mit meinem Freund ein Wochenende in Berlin verbracht, weil dort meine Lieblingsband "The Pretty Reckless" gespielt hat. Aus diesem einen Konzertabend haben wir dann gleich ein ganzes Wochenende in Berlin gemacht. Am zweiten Abend war dann das so genannte "Festival of Lights" in Berlin und so sind wir nach dem Abendessen nochmal losgelaufen um uns diese Lichterkunstwerke auf den Häuserfassaden anzuschauen. Auf dem Bild sieht man nichts vom Festival of Lights, denn der Dom war von einer anderen Seite angestrahlt. Geschossen habe ich das Bild dann auf dem Weg auf einer Brücke, die zum Glück ein relativ dickes Mäuerchen als Geländer hatte. So konnte ich trotz Stativ eine lange Belichtungszeit benutzen.
This picture might be the best picture I ever made in the darkness, which is kind of funny because I didn't even use a tripod. But let's start at the beginning: in early October my boyfriend and I spent a weekend in Berlin, to see my favorite band "The Pretty Reckless". Besides the great concert, we also had a great weekend in Berlin and on our second evening there was the so named "Festival of Lights". After dinner, we took a little walk to see this great light art on famous buildings. On this picture, you don't see anything of the Festival of Lights because the dome was spotlighted on another side. I made the picture on a bridge on our way, luckily it had some quite thick walls as a handrail. So I lay my camera on this wall and could do a quite long exposure without using a tripod.

Dieses Bild ist am gleichen Wochenende entstanden, wie das vom Berliner Dom. Darauf zu sehen ist allerdings nicht Berlin sondern Potsdam und zwar die Nikolaikirche und ein Stückchen des Stadtschlosses.
Ich bin kein großer Fan von Gebäudefotografie, also gab es für diese Kategorie nicht besonders viel Auswahl. Die meisten meiner Bilder von Gebäuden sind ziemliche Schnappschüsse mit fallenden Linien und all solchen Dingen. Dieses Bild hier ist in meinen Augen die gelungendste Gebäudefotografie im letzten halben Jahr. An sonsten hätte ich vom selben Tag noch einige schöne Fotos auf dem Park Sanssouci, diese kann ich nur leider nicht auf dem Blog veröffentlichen.
I made this picture on the same weekend in Berlin, when we took a little trip to the nearby city of Potsdam. On the picture you can see the Church of St. Nicholas and the new city palace.
I'm not a big fan of photographing buildings so I didn't have a big selection on this topic. The most building picture of mine are only snapshots. This picture might be the best of my building photographs in the last year. Besides I made some nice pictures of the Park Sanssouci and it's palaces on this day but I can't show them to you on the blog.

Diese Kategrie war gar nicht so leicht zu bedienen, denn ich mag viele meiner Bilder sehr gerne. Aus dem letzten halben Jahr habe ich mich dann letzten Endes für das Bild dieses Schmetterlings entschieden. Es ist eines der ersten Macro Bilder, die ich mit meiner neuen Kamera geschossen habe und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Außerdem hängt das Bild bereits auf Leinwand in meinem Wohnzimmer und ich kann mich einfach nicht daran sattsehen.
This topic was quite hard because there are so many pictures I really like. In the end I decided to choose this butterfly picture. It was one of the first macro pictures I did with my new camera and I'm really happy with it. Besides it's hanging as a canvas in my living room and I'm never tire of looking at it.
