Hallo ihr Lieben,
beim Beautypress Event auf dem ich dank viel Glück und ein bisschen Kreativität sein durfte habe ich die Marke Zuii Cosmetics kennen gelernt. Leider durfte ich nur die Finger rein halten und musste dann ohne heiße Ware das Land… äh, das Event verlassen. Aber Abhilfe kam sofort, denn ganz kurze Zeit später schrieb mich eine liebe Mitarbeiterin von Charlotte Meentzen (die Zuii Cosmetics hier in Deutschland verkaufen) an und offerierte die Möglichkeit, mich im Onlineshop einfach umzuschauen und Bescheid zu sagen, wenn mir etwas besonders gefiele.

at the Beautypress Event I was lucky to visit with a bit of creativity and sheer luck I got to know the brand Zuii Cosmetics. Unfortunately I could only stick my fingers in them and needed to leave without the good stuff. But help came quickly, because short time later a dear person at Charlotte Meentzen (they sell Zuii Cosmetics here in Germany) wrote me and offered me the possibility to klick through the onlineshop and tell them if I liked something.
Leute, ich hab den Shop echt lang gewälzt. Es gibt viel zu entdecken, das muss ich definitiv sagen. Pflege und dekorative Kosmetik geben sich die Hand. Aber ihr kennt mich und meine Pflegegeschichte (wenn nicht, rechts in der Sidebar könnt ihr sie nochmal anklicken) – ich lass noch lang nicht alles an meine Haut. Ich entschied mich gegen Pflege. Doch dennoch nannte ich ein paar Produkte die ich toll fand und sagte dazu, dass sie mich mit ein oder zwei Produkten aus dieser Auswahl gerne überraschen könnten, ich sei nicht dazu in der Lage mich zu entscheiden. Und was soll ich sagen… ich bekam einfach alles davon und war völlig sprachlos.

Guys… I took some time to klick through the shop and looked at everything they sell and there is a lot to discover. But I didn’t like the skincare stuff, for I am picky with what I want my skin to get in contact with. But I picked some products I liked anyway and told them that I would be glad if they surprised me with one or two of my list… and got everyone on it. I didn’t know what to say.
Schaut euch diese schöne Verpackung an… mir gefällts prima!
Bei der Auswahl hab ich mich an den Farbcodes der Marke orientiert. Die Farbnummern mit 1 vorne dran sind für warme Farbtypen, die mit 2 neutral und die mit 3 sind für kühle Typen. Also hab ich aus der warmen Palette ausgesucht, ein Lidschattenquad, zwei Einzellidschatten und ein Blush.

Look at that beautyful packaging… I like that a lot!
I oriented myself at the colour code they have. The ‘ones’ are for warm colourtypes, the ‘twos’ are neutral and the ‘threes’ are for cold skintypes. I picked out of the warm range, an eyeshadowquad, two single eyeshadows and a blush.
Das Blush in Peach hab ich gleich ins Herz geschlossen. Eine wirklich schöne Sommerfarbe, die sich mit Bronzer prima versteht. Der Verschluss ist Drehbar, gefällt mir nicht ganz soo gut, aber er killt so natürlich auch keine Maniküre, das ist immer von Vorteil.

The blush in ‘peach’ I fell in love with. A great colour for the summer, that goes so very well along with some bronzer. The packaging I don’t like so much, but at least it does not kill my manicure. ;)
Dass sich Lidschatten und Blush so ähneln hab ich gar nicht bedacht. ;) Aber Rose Mist hat einen deutlichen Roséstich, der Blush nicht. Und dazu der Lidschatten der mich auf dem Event schon umgehauen hat – Moss. Ein wirklich toller Ton <3"><3"><3"><3"><3"><3"><3

That eyeshadow and blush are that similar I didn’t think about. But Rose Mist has a hint more rose in it, the blush is more peach. And I picked the eyeshadow Moss, that I fell in love with at the event. What a great colour. <3"><3"><3"><3"><3"><3"><3
Die Pigmentierung ist, wie beim Blush, wirklich gut. Die Swatches sind in einem Zug ohne Base entstanden, kann sich doch sehen lassen, oder?

The pigmentation is, just as in the blush, really great. The swatches are in one swipe and without base, that doesn’t need to hide, does it?
Das Quad ist gut. Also im Sinne von solide, aber nicht herausragend. Ich bin ja was Brauntöne angeht nicht schlecht bestückt (höhö), aber jeder davon ist in seiner Art noch neu. Gerade Tawney ist von der Farbe richtig toll. In der Textur ist es auch solide. Da gibt es nix groß zu meckern, auch wenn ich schon Lidschatten hatte, die sich besser verblenden lassen, gab es auch schon eine Reihe deutlich schlechterer.

The quad is good. As in solid, but not special. I do have a lot of brown colours, but in that quad, every one is different to what I owned before. Tawney eg. is such a great colour. In texture it is solid as well. Nothing to mock about, I had greater eyeshadows and I had worse.
Die Farbauswahl die ihr auf der Homepage findet ist generell schon schön, aber ‘hunderter’ Farben, also solche mit Kennzeichnung für warme Farbtypen, sind leider rar. ‘Dreihunderter’ gibts bedeutend öfter. Klar, man muss sich nicht daran orientieren, aber manchmal macht man das ja doch gern. ;)

You can find great colours on the homepage but I think the ‘ones’ are a little rare. ‘Threes’ are there much more often. Of couse you don’t have to choose from that scheme, but sometimes one likes the easy pick and not everyone knows what to pick.
Erwähnenswert weil cool finde ich, dass die Produkte unter Anderem mit Blütenpigmenten hergestellt sind. Also echte Blümchen, DAS nenn ich mal Naturkosmetik. ;)

What I need to mention, because I think it is so cool, is, that the eyeshadows are made with flowerpigments. Like in real flowers. THAT’s what I call organic.
