Während der Woche, esse ich viel Gemüse und leichte Mittagessen...und ich esse weniger Zucker.
Ich würde es gern mal testen ... denn ich bin unglücklich. Motiviert aber nicht glücklich über mein Gewicht!
Also diese Woche habe ich das selbe Ergebnis wie letzte Woche: gleiches Gewicht! :-/
{Good morning ladies, since I joind the Weight Watchers in March I lost 4.4 lbs, which is great but not enough if you wanna loose 66 lbs. Well I have time but I think something isnt going to well for me to be honest. So I'm gonna switch my day of weighing from sunday to friday. Why? Okay that is a easy one...I'm always in my points plan but if my hubby is at home he buys sweets and wanna eat something big for lunch. During the week, I eat a lot of vegetables and something light for lunch .. and I eat less sugar stuff.
I wanna give it a try .. cause I'm unhappy. Motivated but not happy about my weight!
So this week I had the same result as last week: equal weight! :-/ }
