Guten Morgen Ladies,
gute Nachrichten! Yeah! Ich habe diese Woche 900 gramm abgenommen! Ich bin so glücklich darüber und bin jetzt noch mehr motiviert. Ich hoffe, ich kann diesen Erfolg nächste Woche weiterführen :)
Jetzt freue ich mich richtig auf mein Wochenende, ich bin von Freitagabend bis Sonntag auf einem Seminar. Keine Ahnung ob ich das durchhalte um ganz ehrlich zu sein, das ist schon eine große Herausforderung für mich. Aber wenn ich es schaffe habe ich mein erstes Zertifikat das ich in mein Büro und später in meine Praxis hängen kann. Wow! Alles wird plötzlich so real. So real dass mich Versagensängste plagen! :-/

good news! Yeah! I lost this week 1.98 pounds! I'm soo happy about that and now I'm even more motivated. Hope I can continue this success next week :)
Now I'm really looking forward to my weekend, I'm from Friday evening to Sunday at a seminar.
To be completely hones I have no idea if I can stand it, this is a big challenge for me. But if I can do it I get my first certificate that can I hang in my office or later in my doctor's office. Wow! Everything is suddenly so real, so real that I am plagued by fear of failure! :-/
Was haltet Ihr von meinem Makeup? Ich wollte etwas natürliches..schließlich wollte ich professionell aussehen. Der Haarreif wird noch durch einen simplen Schwarzen ausgetauscht. Und wie Ihr seht ist meine Entzündung immer noch nicht weg...auch wenn ich meine das es leichter wird.
{ What do you think about my Makeup? I wanted something natural....finally, I wanted to look professional. The headband gonna be replaced by a simple black one. And as you can see my inflammation is still there... but I think it gets easier. }
