Da ich diese Weihnachten nur mit meinem Hund verbringe, hatte ich ein wenig Zeit zu sticken. Ich bin von diesen Pimpicuffs ganz begeistert und habe heute zwei Eulen gestickt, morgen werde ich sie fertignähen. Die Motive sind ganz toll, entworfen hat sie Luzia Pimpinella. Mal schauen, ob ich morgen dazu komme, noch weitere Motive zu sticken. Ich finde sie kommen auf Pünktchenstoffen super zur Geltung.

As I am staying home alone, well with my dog, at christmas, I had some time to embroider some material. I am enthused about these pimpicuffs and I machine embroidered two owls, tomorrow I will finish them. The motives are great, Luzia Pimpinella designed them. Let's see if I embroider more of them tomorrow. I think they show to advantage on polka dot fabric.
Draußen gibt es die all so begehrte weiße Weihnacht mit reichlich Schnee und Schneegestöber, der einem im Gesicht beißt. Sogar der Balkon ist eingeschneit und hält die Getränke schön kalt.
Mein Weihnachtsessen bestand heute aus leckerem selbstgemachten Dim Sum, yummy, diesmal gebraten.
Outside there is the all favoured white christmas with lots of snow and snow flurry that stings the skin. Even the balcony is snowed in and is keeping the drinks cool.
For my christmas dinner today I had tasty homemade dim sum, this time they were sauted -> chinese dumplings.
