Everyone will assure me that linen probably is one of the most pleasant and best materials for the summer. The fabric is very robust and almost indestructible, so you can have with this peaces joy for many years. Which is, of course in today's world of popular shopped-thrown-away-mentality, very responsive and is a sign of sustainability.
Jeder wird mir versichern, dass Leinen wohl eines der angenehmsten und besten Materialien für den Sommer ist. Der Stoff SEHR robust und fast unzerstörbar, also kann man an so einem Leinen-Teil sehr viele Jahre seine wahrste Freude haben. Was natürlich in der heutigen Zeit der gängigen Geshoppt-Entsorgt-Mentalität sehr entgegenkommt und ein Zeichen für Nachhaltigkeit setzt.
Cotton is also very pleasant but a pair of jeans is for example also made of cotton and yet you sweat in it in sweltering heat to death. A small disadvantage of linen .. it's a bit more expensive than cotton and of course it wrinkles more.Baumwolle ist natürlich auch sehr angenehm doch eine Jeans ist z. B. auch aus Baumwolle und doch schwitzt man sich darin bei brütender Hitze zu Tode. Einen kleinen Nachteil hat Leinen.. es ist etwas teuerer als Baumwolle und es knittert natürlich mehr.
I admire you all over and over again, as you can remember where you bought each peace. Ok, it's easy, when you are sponsored and the items are brand new and need to be named, but I will show you things that I have for longer time in my closet and try to find always new paths and another ways to combine it and present it to you.
Ich bewundere euch alle immer wieder auf´s Neue, wie ihr euch erinnern könnt, wo ihr welches Kleidungsstück wann gekauft habt. Ok, es ist leicht, wenn ihr gesponsert werdet und die Sachen ganz neu sind und benannt werden müssen, doch ich zeige euch Sachen die ich schon länger habe und immer wieder neue Wege und Möglichkeiten suche um sie noch anders zu kombinieren und zu präsentieren.
I consider these creases as an imprinting effect of good linen quality (a good sign that little or no fibers were mixed) and will try not to iron everything. It´s just linen and you can see it.
Ich betrachte diese Knitterfalten als ein Prägeeffekt der guten Leinenqualität (ein gutes Zeichen, dass wenig oder gar keine andere Fasern beigemischt wurden) und versuche erst gar nicht alles glattzubügeln. Es ist Leinen und man kann das ruhig sehen.
Thus .. I really do not know how long I've had this skirt and where I bought it. For me.. it´s not important.
Somit .. ich weiß wirklich nicht wie lange ich diesen Rock schon habe und wo ich ihn gekauft habe. Ist für mich auch nicht wichtig.

The blouse I've also for a while, unfortunately I had hung a cardigan over it in the closet and had therefore lost it completely out of sight. Unfortunately, I have been wearing it this summer just once. Now that it has resurfaced, fall is almost here. But I hope to have a few warm days of September :-)Das Top habe ich auch schon eine Weile, leider hatte ich im Kleiderschrank eine Strickjacke darüber gehängt und hatte es somit ganz aus den Augen verloren. Leider habe ich es in diesem Sommer nur einmal angehabt. Jetzt wo es wieder aufgetaucht ist, lässt mich heute das Wetter im Stich. Aber ich hoffe auf noch ein paar warme Septembertage :-)
The bow in my hair, by the way, is the belt from the skirt. Worn on the skirt I don´t like and somehow it´s interrupting the whole "line" .. AND I needed a matching hair bow! ;-)Die Schleife im Haar ist übrigens der Gürtel vom Rock. Am Rock getragen gefällt er mir nicht so gut, weil er aufträgt und irgendwie unterbricht er dadurch die ganze "Linie".. UND ich brauchte eine passende Haarschleife! ;-)
The sandals are really high (13 cm !!). However, since the plataeu under the toes is 3 cm thick, you have no feeling as if it were too steep or too uncomfortable. As you can see in the picture seen from the side of the slope is very, very pleasant. Conclusion: totally comfortable sandals without foot pain and blisters !!!Die Sandalen sind so richtig schön hoch (13 cm!!). Da jedoch das Plataeu vorne an den Zehen 3 cm stark ist, hat man kein Gefühl als wären sie zu steil oder zu unbequem. Wie ihr auf dem Bild von der Seite aus gesehen sehen könnt ist das Gefälle sehr, sehr angenehm. Fazit: total bequeme Sandalen ohne Fußschmerzen und Blasen!!!
