Fact is:
- The compound between Sothearos Boulevard and Sisowath Quay is for sale, just opposite of Wat Ounalom in Phnom Penh city centre.But as in most cases of land sales in Cambodia there are many open questions about real ownership. There exists no Land Registry and most of the land titles are dubious.
