Terminal 21 Bangkok is one of the newest shopping malls and shopping temples in Bangkok and perfectly located in Sukhumvit with direct Skytrain access (station Asok) of if you stay at the Westin Sukhumvit or Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit you can use the direct connection to enter Terminal 21 Bangkok.
The biggest different between Terminal 21 Bangkok and most other shopping malls in Bangkok or also with shopping temples in Europe and the USA is the concept. Not the typical green floor, blue floor, etc. – at Terminal 21 Bangkok you have every floor with a city interior (e.g. London with the typical mailbox, policemen – San Francisco with cable car and Golden Gate Bridge, etc.)
The combination is interesting, famous labels of mid-price range mixed with small independent stores on the same floor. On the “PARIS” floor you will find dresses by famous stores or can also try it with special handmade dresses by independent designers – interesting concept.
Terminal 21 Bangkok also contains two floors majorly for restaurants and food. The 4th floor “San Francisco” with different restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, American, Italian, etc. and also two fast-food-companies). The fifth floor with a typical food-court and different quick to order restaurant. I will show you more pics of this place shortly.
The sixth and final floor “Hollywood” is a huge Multiplex Cinema and Gym – containing a location of the Fitness First gyms. I visited the cinema one evening for the movie “Les Miserables” and the comfort is better than on most European cinemas and prices not to compare.
If you are looking for a wonderful shopping place in Bangkok, go to Terminal 21 – different from Siam Center and Siam Paragon, especially if you also interested in independent designers.

Die Erreichbarkeit von Terminal 21 Bangkok ist denkbar einfach, einfach den Skytrain bis zur Station Asok nehmen oder wenn Ihr im Westin Sukhumvit oder Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit (SGS) übernachtet, könnt Ihr den direkten Durchgang zum Terminal 21 nehmen.
Im Vergleich von Terminal 21 Bangkok zu vielen anderen Shopping Malls in Bangkok oder auch vielen Einkaufszentren in Europa oder den USA ist das Konzept. Hier gibt es nicht die typischen “grünen Etagen, blauen Etagen, etc” – im Terminal 21 ist jede Tage einer Stadt gewidmet und entsprechend gestaltet. (z.B. London mit den typischen Briefkästen, Polizisten – San Francisco mit Cable-Car und Golden Gate Bridge, etc.)
Die Kombination ist interessant – bekannte Labels im normalen Preissegment gemischt mit unbekannten und kleinen Geschäften auf der gleichen Etage. In “Paris” findet Ihr z.B. tolle Kleider bei den bekannten Ketten und genauso handgefertigte Einzelstücke von kleinen unbekannten Schneidern oder Designern. Sehr interessant, wie ich finde.
Terminal 21 Bangkok enthält ebenfalls zwei Etagen primär für Restaurants und Essen reserviert. Die vierte Etage “San Francisco” verfügt über verschiedene Restaurants (Japanisch, Chinesisch, Amerikanisch, Italienisch und zwei Fast-Food-Gesellschaften). Die fünfte Etage verfügt über einen typischen Food-Court mit vielen Restaurants und Ständen, die direkt kochen und zubereiten. Ich werde euch davon mal mehr in Zukunft zeigen.
Die sechste und oberste Etage “Hollywood” enthält ein modernes Multiplex-Kino und ein Fitness-Studio aus der berühmten Fitness-First Gruppe. Ich habe mich für das Kino am Abend entschieden und “Les Miserables” angesehen, es war komfortabler als viele europäischen Kinos und vom Preis her überhaupt nicht zu vergleichen.
Wenn Ihr also einmal auf der Suche nach einem tollen Shoppingtempel in Bangkok seid, schaut einmal bei Terminal 21 Bangkok vorbei – anderer Stil als die bekannten Einkaufszentren wie z.B. Siam Center, Siam Paragon, gerade wenn ihr auch für unbekannte Labels Interesse habt.
