aach, was für eine Palette. Einfach ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Too Faced ist eine Marke, mit der ich sehr emotional umgehe. Die Marke verbinde ich mit verspielter Eleganz und Detailreichtum. Und mit qualitativ hochwertigen und gut durchdachten Produkten.
Ein Produkt der Marke hat mich schon lange angelacht. Vor etwa 1,5 Jahren habe ich mir schon überlegt, dass ich dieses Produkt brauche und bestellte mir das Dupe von Makeup Revolution. Das ich dann wieder verkaufte, denn ich gebe zu, ich bin jemand, der mit Lidschatten mehr verbindet. Ich liebe die Schminke die ich besitze wegen hochwertiger Verpackung, tollem Geruch, toller Haptik und auch wegen einem kleinen bisschen Luxus in meinem Alltag. Und genau deswegen verkaufte ich das Dupe und kaufte mir dann, mehr als 1,5 Jahre später, das Original. Das für mich einzig wahre Produkt. Versteht das jemand? Kann man mich nachvollziehen?

aaah, what a palette. Simply a treasure. Too Faced is a brand, that I tend to look at very emotionally. In my eye, the brand is elegant and it’s design detailed. And the quality is very high with their thought through products.
A product of theirs stick to my eye for a long time. Nearly 1,5years ago I thought about needing that palette and I ordered the Makeup Revolution dupe. That I then sold, because I admit, I am a person that links such a lot more to makeup. I love the makeup I own because of their high quality packaging, great smell, great haptics and because of that little extra luxury in my everyday live. And just because of that I sold the dupe and now, nearly 1,5 years later, I ordered the original palette. The one and only. Does anyone understand what I mean? Does anyone get me?
Schon die Pappverpackung außen ist sehr schön gestaltet, rosa mit kleinen Muster. Die Palette selbst sieht aus wie eine Tafel Schokolade, hat in wundervoll verschnörkelter Schrift noch Marke und Namen aufgedruckt. Sie ist stabil gestaltet und schließt fest und sicher, ließe sich also auch auf Reisen einpacken.

The cartonage alone is designed very beautifully, pink with a little pattern on it. The palette itself looks like a bar of chocolate and in a baroque font the name and brand are printed on it. It is very solid and locks tight and secure, so it is very handy for traveling too.
Die Farbgestaltung ist wirklich wundervoll, relativ neutral gehaltene Farben doch dennoch den gewissen Twist. Den ein oder anderen Farbtupfer. Alles in wirklich toller Qualität, keine der Farben schwächelt wirklich. Und immer wieder dieser Geruch nach Schokolade… <3"><3"><3"><3"><3"><3

The colours are stunning. Neutral but with a twist, that makes it something special. A hint of colour here and there. All in a great quality, none of the colours is low pigmented or bad. And that smelling of chocolate everytime you open the lid. <3"><3"><3"><3"><3"><3
Irgendwann wurden wohl die Paletten ein wenig überarbeitet, denn ich kenne ältere Versionen wo die Namen nur auf einem Plastikeinleger standen, bei mir stehen sie gleich unter die Farben gedruckt, was ich deutlich bevorzuge. Die Swatches sind hoffentlich zuzuordnen (von oben nach unten, von links nach rechts).
Könnt ihr mich verstehen? Habt ihr die Palette vielleicht selbst auch? Welchen Lidschatten wollt ihr in einem Look in den Fokus gerückt sehen?

Somewhen the palettes were redesigned I think. I saw a lot of pictures of the palette and the colour names were only printed on a little plastic insert. With my palette they are printed below the pan, what I really do prefere. I hope you can see where the swatches belong to.
