War ich lange Zeit ein großer Fan von Dsquared2, wollten es die letzten Kollektionen nicht so richtig auf meine „Haben-Wollen-Liste“ schaffen. In dieser Saison jedoch überraschten mich Dean und Dan Caten mit ihrer Kollektion “La Novelle Noir”. Inspiriert durch die Hipster der 40er und den Jazzeinflüssen dieser Zeit, entstand eine Kollektion, die Elemente der Sportswear aufgreift und perfekt zu einer Einheit fusioniert. Die Leckerbissen der Kollektion sind dabei Jacken und Mäntel, mit einer atemberaubend präzisen Passform. Gelockert wird diese Strenge durch weite Jeans und Hosen, die auch gerne lässig in Boots gesteckt werden dürfen. Natürlich darf auch in dieser Kollektion Tartan als Muster nicht fehlen. Um den Dsquared2 Look in dieser Saison zu perfektionieren, darf ein wahrer Hipster das Haus nicht ohne Krawatte und Hut verlassen! Darum wird heute bei mir der Plattenspieler angeworfen, die Jazzplatte aufgelegt und in Hemd und Fliege von alten Zeiten geträumt.
For a long time the collections of Dsquared2 were one of my favorites at each season. Unfortunately I have to confess that I was pretty disappointed of the last looks. This season Dean and Dan Caten surprised me with an amazing collection which is influenced by the hipster of the 40s and the passion for Jazz. What makes the looks so special is the combination with sportive elements. The key pieces of the collection are hyper-tailored coats and jackets. The harshness of the looks gets broken by bags and boots. Of course tartan could not be missed as well. As a real hipster you can´t leave the house without a tie and your hat on, two of the most important accessories to complete the Dsquared2 look in 2013. To celebrate this amazing collection I will suit up and enjoy my old Jazz gramophone records.
