Tackling the challenges of wind turbine supply chain management

For wind turbine manufacturers, supply chain issues dictate delivery capabilities, product strategies and pricing. Global expansion and new international competitors in the market are pushing manufacturers to optimise their supply chain, align their logistics and strengthen their supplier communication.
