St-Germain has been at the forefront of electronic music for a long time, starting with Acid Eiffel in 1993 under the moniker Choice, one of the best EP of techno, then later he became a pioneer of french touch, he released Boulevard in 1995 but also a string of EP's on F Communications (Laurent Garnier's label) as early as 1993. He achieved massive commercial success in 2000 with the album Tourist on the legendary label Blue note. He returned in 2015 with a self-titled album on the label Warner.
