Heute mal wieder etwas aus der vietnamesischen Küche. Ich habe es zwar schon öfter gegessen, aber bislang noch kein Foto gehabt und deswegen nicht gepostet. Das erste Mal aß ich es, als Trieu mich zu seiner Familie auf dem Land eingeladen hat. Seine Mutter hat damals extra Saure Suppe für uns gekocht.
Heute habe ich es in meinem Lieblingscafe gegessen. Ich wusste gar nicht, dass es das hier gibt, aber habe es eben durch Zufall erfahren und direkt probiert. Sie reicht zwar nicht an die Selbstgemachte heran, war aber trotzdem lecker.
Die Suppe bzw. Sauce ist wirklich säuerlich. Aber nicht so sauer, dass man sich schütteln muss. Es ist eine Art Fischsuppe mit Gemüse, Ananas und Fischstücken. Es gibt sie allerdings in verschiedenen Variationen. Ich habe sie nie in Mittelvietnam gesehen - es ist ein Gericht des Mekong-Deltas.

Today a culinaric speciality. I have eaten it sometimes, but never took a photo and therefore not posted it. The first time I ate it during my visit of Trieu's family in the countryside. His mother cooked it for us.
Today I ate it in my favorite coffeeshop. I did not know that you can eat it here and I got to know by chance. I tried it at once. It was not the same like the self cooked, but also delicious.
The soup or the sauce is really sour. But not so sour that you get shaken by it. The soup consists of vegetables, pineapple and pieces of fish. There are many variants and recipes. I never saw this soup in restaurants of Middle Vietnam, learning that it is a regional speciality of the Mekong Delta.
