Es gibt Neuigkeiten von Sofi de la Torre. Im Juni kommt ihre neue Single „Vermillion“, und wer Sofi kennt, wird überrascht sein! Auf der Suche nach dem für sie perfekten Sound, hat sie mit Produzenten in Helsinki an neuen Songs gearbeitet und einen kleinen Abstecher in die deutsche Deep-House Szene gewagt. Darauf bin ich gespannt.
Um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken, gibt es das brandneue Video zu ihrem superschönen Cover von Coldplay’s „Yellow“:
I had been wanting to do a cover for a while now, but wanted to move away from the classic acoustic cover with just piano or guitar and vocals and do something more exciting. I knew I really liked “Yellow” by Coldplay…the song is insanely good. So my guys Jonas and Axel helped me re-imagine it and cover it in this stripped post r&b vibe that I think works really well.
