I’ve taken the liberty to share with you the visualization of potential modes of reaction to a so-called social media “shitstorm”.
All of us who work in the field have encountered the onslaught of digital feces and have spent some hours wondering whether we could have reacted in a better way.
Well, here’s a lighthearted chain of reaction for the average community manager and those aspiring to enter into the profession. Mind you though, it’s a work of progress and I’m not to be held responsible for any unwanted repercussion. After all, when push comes to shove, you’re out there on your own. Enjoy the ride.
