Ich habe meine ersten Bilder genäht, Porträts genauer gesagt, Stoff in Form geschnitten und dann drumherum genäht. Dann habe ich sie auf fertige Leinwände gespannt/getackert. Zwei der Bilder hängen schon in meinem Zimmer, die anderen warten darauf, dass ich mir Nägel besorge, um sie in die Wand zu schlagen.
Recht farbenfroh, nicht?
Ich habe verschiedene Stoff benutzt, von Seide bis Baumwolle, die Frau mit dem breiten Lächeln ist ein wenig dreidimensional, der Schal ragt aus dem Bild und die Blume am Hut ist eine meiner Organzablumen.
I sewed my very first pictures, portraits to be exact. I cut fabric into the right shape and then sewed around the forms. Then I tacked them on to bought canvases. Two of them are hanging already, the others are waiting for me to get some nails and hammer them into the wall.
Pretty jolly, don't you think?
I used different fabrics, from silk to cotton, the woman with the wide smile is a little 3dimensional, the scarf sticks out of the picture and the flower on the hat is one of my organza flowers.
