D Einige Fotografen schwören ja inzwischen auf Handykameras. Ich konnte darüber bisher immer nur den Kopf schütteln, aber immer wenn ich in letzter Zeit mal keine Kamera dabei hatte und mir trotzdem ein tolles Motiv über den Weg gelaufen ist, habe ich dann doch das Handy gezückt. Man könnte fast sagen, das ganze ist und war ein kleines Experiment. Um meine ganz persönliche Meinung zu diesem Thema zu stützen. Benutzt habe ich dafür übrigens mein iPhone SE. Nach langem hin und her überlegen habe ich mich dann dazu entschieden auf dem Blog auch mal ein paar Handybilder zu posten. Nicht nur um sie euch zu zeigen, sondern auch um eure Meinung zu hören:Können Handy Kameras inzwischen wirklich mit Spiegelreflexkameras mithalten?Ich sage zu dieser Frage ganz klar nein, muss aber zugeben, dass bei gutem Licht Handybilder wirklich sehr gut werden können. Bei Nacht aber, wie man hier in zwei Bildern sieht, macht das Rauschen die Bilder ziemlich kaputt. Ich habe die Bilder ganz normal bearbeitet, wie ich es auch von den Bildern meiner Kamera mache. Nur habe ich der RAW Entwicklung etwas nachgetrauert, bei JPG hat man ja doch nicht so viel Spielraum. Außerdem hat man natürlich schon beim machen des Bildes weniger Spielraum: es fehlen die Einstellungen.Für mich war das ganze ein interessanter Selbstversuch und mit den Resultaten bin ich eigentlich ziemlich zufrieden. Meine Meinung ist zwar gleichgeblieben, aber ab und zu wenn keine Kamera in der Nähe ist, ist es definitiv eine gute Abhilfe auch mal das Handy zu zücken.Nun aber noch ein paar Worte zu den Bildern: Das erste Bild zeigt die Uni an einem Samstag, ich armer Mensch durfte an einem Seminar teilnehmen, dass den ganzen Samstag gedauert hat. Dabei waren wir alle sehr amüsiert darüber, wie geisterhaft leer die sonst so belebten Räume der Uni waren. Stromsparend wie die Uni anscheinend ist, wurde sogar das Licht ausgeschaltet.Das zweite Bild zeigt das Feuerwerk des Hafengeburtstags. Ich habe die Kamera bewusst zuhause gelassen, weil ich lieber den Moment genießen wollte. Aber ein kurzes Bild mit dem Handy musste trotzdem sein.Das dritte Bild ist am Jungfernstieg entstanden, gerade wird nämlich das Alsterhaus renoviert und ich fand den Spruch sehr schön.Auf dem vorletzten Bild seht ihr eine verlassene Tankstelle, die ich vor kurzem entdeckt habe. Mehr dazu gibt es bald, ich hatte dort nämlich einige Tage später noch ein Fotoshooting.Das letzte Bild ist auch beim Hafengeburtstag entstanden ungefähr eine Stunde vor dem Feuerwerk von der selben Location. Darauf fährt gerade eine Aida in den Hafen ein und dahinter gibt es noch etwas Abenddämmerung.Was sagt ihr zu den Bildern? Until now I always just shook my head over this topic, but in the last time I started to also photograph a little bit with my phone always when I didn't took my camera with me but found a nice motive. You could nearly say it was a little self experiment for me. To just strengthen my opinion. By the way I used an iPhone SE for the pictures. Are smartphone cameras as good as DSLR cameras by now?
My answer to this question is no. I have to admit that with good daylight phone cameras do a pretty good job, but if the light isn't that good they start do take really noisy pictures. I edited the photos just like I would do it with my normal photos and I mourn a little bit about RAW-development, with JPG you just don't have so much scope. Moreover the scope of camera settings is also missing.
For me this was a really interesting self-experiment and I'm happy with the results. My opinion is still the same but it's maybe not so strict anymore.
Now some words to the pictures: I made the first one when I had to do a seminar for my studies on a Saturday. We were all pretty amused about the fact that the university was ghostly empty. And the university also seemed pretty current-saving because all the lights were turned off.
The second picture is from the big firework of the harbors birthday. I left my camera at home because I just wanted to enjoy the moment. But I really had to take one picture with my phone.
I made the next picture at Jungfernstieg, were a shopping center is getting rebuild. I really liked the quote.
The forth picture shows a abandoned filling station, that I found recently. You will soon hear more about it, because some days later I had a great photo shooting over there.
The last picture shows the harbors birthday again, it's made on the same spot as the firework picture and it shows a big cruiser driving into the harbor.
