So setzte Samsung gegen Apple nun weitere Patentklagen gegen Apple ein. Davon sind betroffen:
- remote video transmission system
- apparatus for recording and reproducing digital image and speech
- software keyboard system
- data displaying apparatus and method
- multimedia synchronization method and device
- audio/video device having a volume control function for an external audio reproduction unit
- method and apparatus for signaling control information of uplink packet data service in mobile communication system
- method and apparatus for performing non-scheduled transmission in a mobile communication system for supporting an enhanced uplink data channel
Diese Patente treffen aber nicht nur eine Kategorie von Geräten, sondern wurden auf jedes Gerät verteilt.
