Wir sind um 6Uhr Morgens vom Flughafen Brüssel aus nach Rom gestartet. Daher hatten wir auch fast den ganzen Tag um Rom zu erkunden. Leider hatte ich Dussel meine Kamera im Hotel vergessen und konnte nur Bilder vom Handy machen. Unsere erste Aufgabe war es ein Wochenticket zu bekommen, was recht kompliziert war, da Termini derzeit eine große Baustelle ist. Danach ging es auf den Aventin wo wir durch das Schlüsslloch geguckt haben und dann die Aussicht auf Rom genossen haben. Es war ein extrem schöner und warmer Tag. Genau das Richtige wenn man gerade aus dem verregneten Deutschland/Belgien kam.
Im Übrigen kann ich Alitalia nur empfehlen. Die Preise unterschieden sich zum Buchungszeitpunkt (4 Monate vorher) deutlich zu AirBerlin oder GermanWings. Leider hatten wir keinen passenden Flug von Düsseldorf oder Köln gefunden und mussten daher auf Brüssel ausweichen. Es war zwar eine Streck mit dem Auto aber ich würds wieder machen!
Our flight went at 6 o'clock in the morning from Brussels. So we had almost the hole day to discover Rome. Unfortunately I forgot my camera in the hotel and so I only could take pictures from my mobile phone. Our first task was getting a week ticket for the metro what was a bit complicated because Termini is a big site at the moment. After this, we went to the Aventine, looked through the keyhole and then we enjoyed the view over Rome. It was a beautiful and warm day. It's perfect when you just came from the could and rainy Germany/Belgium. By the way I can really recommend Alitalia. The prices were cheaper than other airlines. The only problem was that we coulden´t find a flight from Dusseldorf or Cologne when we booked four months ago. I don't know if the never fly to Germany but it was not that horrible to go to Brussels by car. I would do it again!
