[Review] JustSpices

von mir hört man nun auch endlich mal wieder etwas ;). Die nächste Woche noch und dann ist die erste Klausurenphase vorbei und es gibt hoffentlich wieder mehr Zeit, über alle tollen Dinge der Welt, zu bloggen =).

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit etwas bei “ Just Spices” bestellt. Ich habe diese Seite durch “Instagram” entdeckt, also eher zufällig. Wie der Name schon sagt, gibt es in dem Online-Shop viele,viele Gewürze =). Von Tonkabohne über Kurkuma bis hin zu Rosenblüten ist alles dabei. Und die Auswahl ist echt sehr groß.

Hier kommt ihr auf die Seite von “Just Spices”. Ich finde die Seite sehr cool gestaltet. Modern, jung und es erinnert mich irgendwie an eine “Hipster-Superfood-Seite”, aber im positiven Sinne =). Um einen Überblick über die Gewürze zu bekommen, kann man einstellen nach was man suchen möchte z.B. nach welcher Landesküche ( ob man Chinesische, Italienische,Indische Gewürze etc.sucht), nach Zustand (gemahlen,geflockt,Granulat usw.) und nach “Passt zu”. Schaut es Euch doch einfach mal selber an und entdeckt die bunte Vielfalt der Gewürze.

Meine Bestellung:

Der Mindestbestellwert beträgt 5 € und die Versandkosten 3,95€, ab 30 € entfällen die Kosten für den Versand. Lieferzeit beträgt ca. 3-5 Tage. Auch bei mir war es so in dem Dreh. Die Bezahlung erfolgt über Lastschrift, PayPal,MasterCard,Visa,Lastschrift und AmazonPayments.

Meine Meinung:

Zuerst möchte ich sagen, dass ich das Gewürz “Garam Masala” und “Sweet Love” noch nicht verwendet habe. Sobald ich dies aber getan habe, gibt es hier ein Update =)

Rührei Gewürz*:

Mein Liebling! Ich esse super gerne mal ein Rührei zum Frühstück oder Abends nach dem Sport und mit diesem Gewürz macht man nicht´s falsch. Auf einem Spiegelei oder Omlett ist es auch sehr passend.

Preis: Mini 1,50€ , Standart 4,50€, Groß 6,50€ Zutaten: Meersalz, Tellicherry Pfeffer, Paprikaflocken, Petersilie, Schnittlauch

Oatmeal Spice*:

Lässt sich nicht nur gut im Oatmeal verwenden, sondern auch im Müsli. Als Oatmeal mit Obst schmeckt es gleich viel besser, als ungewürztes normales Oatmeal. Obwohl Ingwer mit drin ist, sticht dieser nicht so intensiv heraus wie beim Fruchtsmoothie Gewürz. Ich benutze es gerne.

Preis: Mini 1,50€, Standart 5,50€ und Groß 8,00€

Zutaten: MANDELN, Kokosraspeln, Kakaobohne, Vanille, Zimt, Ingwer

Fruchtsmoothie Gewürz*:

Hier dominiert der Ingwer. Wer Ingwer liebt ist hier richtig. Wer es nicht so mag, sollte sich eine andere Alternative suche. Schon beim hinriechen sticht der Ingwer sofort heraus. Und durch ihn gibt es eine leichte Schärfe ab, aber dennoch fruchtig. Ich persönlich verwende davon nur ein wenig für den Smoothie denn ich mag eher süße Smoothies mit Honig o.ä. verfeinert.

Preis: Mini 1,50€ und Standart 5,50€

Zutaten: Zitronenschale, Ingwer , Malvenblüten/Hibiscusblüten, Orangenblüten, Orangenschalen, Minze

Antipasti und Arrabiata*:

Diese habe ich für eine Tomatensoße verwendet und dazu Nudeln. Arrabiata ist etwas scharf aber sehr lecker. Die Probierpackung hat gerade so zum testen gereicht. Auch die Antipastipackung hat für einmal kochen gereicht. Beides sehr Italienisch. Wer seine Tomatensoße oder ein anderen Italienisches Gericht nicht selber würzen möchte, macht damit nichts falsch. Wenn man aber die passenden einzelnen Gewürze zu Hause hat, dann lohnt es sich nicht so,dies zu kaufen.

Preis Antipasti und Arrabiata : Mini 1,50 € und Standart 5,50 €

Zutaten Antipasti: Basilikum, Majoran, Salbei, Karottenwürfel, Tellicherry Pfeffer, Fleur de Sel, Fenchel Zutaten Arrabiata: Chilliflocken ohne Kerne – mild, Knoblauchflocken, Tomatenflocken, Zwiebeln, Basilikum, Oregano

Vanille*:

Top ! Ich mache dies gerne in mein morgendliches Müsli mit rein. Haferflocken, Kokos-Knuspermüsli, etwas Honig und etwas von diesem Vanille….mhmmm lecker. Würde ich aufjedenfall wieder kaufen. Die Testgröße hat mir jetzt für ca. 8 Müsli Portionen gereicht.

Preis: Mini (Testpackung) 2,50€ und Standart: 10,50€

Zutaten: Vanille

Kräuterquark Gewürz*:

Ich habe dieses Gewürz verwendet für einen Kräuterquark zu selbstgemachten Thymian- Kartoffelspalten. Echt lecker…! Die Probegröße hat für 250g Magerquark gereicht. Zu den Kartoffelecken war es wirklich sehr,sehr lecker. Auch ein Gewürz,welches ich sicher wieder kaufen würde. Aber diesmal in Standartgröße ;)

Preis: Mini 1,50 € und Standart 4,50€

Zutaten: Knoblauchflocken, Zwiebeln, Meersalz, Basilikum, Petersilie, Dillspitzen, Schnittlauch, Oregano

*Können Spuren von Nüssen, Soja, Gluten, Sellerie, Sesam und Senf enthalten.

Ich finde “Just Spices” echt toll und die Website spricht mich persönlich auch an. Ihr könnt Euch hier  sogar selbst  ein Gewürz zusammenstellen, so wie ihr es gern möchtet. Als Weihnachtsgeschenk für die Mama oder für jemanden der gerne kocht, gibt es auch Geschenksets und Gutscheine. Bei Feinschmeckern kommt das bestimmt gut an =)

I´m finally back :D. I´m so sorry but i have some exams that i have to deal with. After next week i hope i got more time to blog.

I ordered some time ago something from“Just Spices”. I discovered this page by “Instagram”, so by chance.There are so many different spices it´s so great. From tonka bean on turmeric to rose petals, and more. And the choice is really great

Here you come to the side of “Just Spices”. The Internet site created very cool. Modern, young and it reminds me of a “hipster Superfood page”, but in a good way =). To get an overview of the spices, you can adjust according to what you want to search for eg.  which country kitchen (whether Chinese, Italian, Indian spices and more), according to state (ground, flaked, pellets, etc.) and by “Fits”. Check it out and discovere the variety of colorful spices.

First I want to say that I haven´t already test the spice “Garam Masala” and “Sweet Love” . Once I have done this, i will write an update =)

Scrambled eggs spice *:

My beloved! I love eating scrambled egg for breakfast or evening after the sport and with this seasoning you do it all right On a fried egg or omelet, it is also very appropriate.
Price: Mini € 1.50, Standard 4,50 €, large € 6.50

Ingredients: Sea salt, Tellicherry pepper, red pepper flakes, parsley, chives

Oatmeal Spice *:

You can also use it in cereals. As a Oatmeal with fruit it tastes a lot better than unseasoned normal Oatmeal. It ist with Ginger but it not tastes so intensive as in the Fruit Smoothie spice. I like it.

Ingredients: almonds, coconut, cocoa bean, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger Fruit Smoothie spice *:
Here dominates ginger. Who loves Ginger is right here. Who does not like, should be looking for another alternative.The smell is very intensive ( Ginger). And through it, it gives off a slight sharpness, but still fruity. Personally I use it just a little for the smoothie because I rather like the sweet one with honey etc.

Ingredients: lemon zest, ginger, mallow / hibiscus blossoms, orange blossoms, orange peels, mint
Antipasti and arrabiata *:
These I have used for a tomato sauce and with noodles. Arrabiata is very little spicy but tasty. The Testsize was enough for one meal. The antipasti package was enough for even one cooking. Both are very Italian.

Antipasti Ingredients: basil, marjoram, sage, carrot cubes, Tellicherry pepper, fleur de sel, fennel

Vanilla*:

Top ! I do this in my morning cereal with love Oatmeal, coconut crunchy, a little honey and some of that vanilla …. mhmmm delicious. I would buy this again.

Herb quark spice *:
I have this spice used for a cream cheese to homemade thyme potato wedges. Really delicious…! The sample size was enough for 250g lowfat quark. The potato wedges with this, were really very, very tasty. A spice that I would buy safe again. But in standard size)

Ingredients: garlic flakes, onion, sea salt, basil, parsley, dill, chives, oregano

I think “Just Spices” is a really great website.You can see the Homepage here . And you can create your own Spice.As a Christmas present for mom or for someone who loves to cook, there are Gift sets and vouchers. For gourmets i think it is a good present=)
