Heute habe ich wieder ein relativ schlichtes Outfit an. Ich hatte heute einen Arzttermin, daher war ich auch kaum geschminkt. Ich werde ab sofort eine spezielle Diät machen müssen. Ich darf kein Gluten, kein Zucker und keine Kuhmilch mehr. Daher werden die nächsten Rezepte diese Zutaten nicht beinhalten.
I wore a relatively simple outfit today. Today I had an doctor's appointment, so I barely wore makeup. From now on I have to make a special diet. I am not allowed to eat gluten, sugar or cow milk. So the next recipes will not have the mentioned ingredients.
