I fell in love, again. And this time it’s with a 70’s inspired button front skirt form Mango. I rarely wear skirts but when I do, I’m always on the hunt for a fancy, special piece. Just like this one. Since I wanted to intend a little 70’s touch but didn’t want to go full force on it, I paired it with my striped shirt by Comme des Garçons.That shirt has been my best buy in 2015 (so far!) – I’m wearing it all.the.time. It’s just as simple as the cost per wear equation: the more times you wear a piece, the cheaper it will be in the end! Except for airy, summery skirts, I think all skirts should be worn with heels to stretch your legs and make them appear a bit longer. Sunnies & a big hat to shield my face from the sun and my outfit was all set. How do you like the button front skirts? I know there are lovers and haters out there for that trend. Let me know on what side do you play! Ich hab mich mal wieder verliebt. Und zwar dieses Mal in den Button Front Skirt von Mango, der einen Hauch 70’s Vibe versprüht. Röcke trage ich nur sehr selten, aber wenn ich einen trage, dann am liebsten irgendein besonderes Stück – so wie eben diese Variante aus Jeans. Dazu habe ich mein geliebtes Comme des Garçons Shirt kombiniert, um den Look nicht zu 70’s wirken zu lassen. Ich sag’s euch, dieses Streifenoberteil war der (bisher!) beste Kauf in diesem Jahr. An dieser Stelle ziehe ich mal wieder die Cost-per-Wear-Gleichung heran: je öfter ein Teil getragen wird, desto billiger wird’s. Außer bei sommerlich, luftigen Röcken finde ich, sind hohe Schuhe ein Muss, um die Beine zu strecken und sie optisch ein weniger länger wirken zu lassen. Zum Schluss noch den großen Sonnenhut und die geliebte Aviator-Brille aufgesetzt und fertig ist der Look. Wie findet ihr den neuen-alten Trend der Button Front Skirts? Lover oder Hater?
