(Deutsche Version unten) I am back right now on my hotelroom in Singapore and it is already 00.30am and I wanted to write about so many different things, but I have to write today about my dinner – in a wonderful steakhouse.
After a great meeting in the afternoon with a traditional tea-ceremony I wanted to show you pictures with Macaroons, beautiful Mango dishes and much – but I got in invitation to dinner right after leaving the ceremony – so that posting had to wait for a few days.
The restaurant is called “Skirt” which is already a wonderful name for fashion and lifestyle blogger – but is the symbol for an elegant Steakhouse in Singapore – right at the W-Hotel Singapore (and I do not get paid for the posting, I was just fascinated 
… A wonderful composition, a restaurant which tells you a story and the best steaks you can even dream off.
Starting with wonderful bread and “King Prawns” as starters and the size and the composition was beautiful – followed by a Blackmore Skirt Steak and finally a Honey Meringue dessert. It was really interesting to get to know more about the restaurant and concept and to speak with their Australian “Chef de Cuisine” – Andrew Nocente and their “Venue Manager” – Subaramaniam s/o M. Kuppusamy and the friendly staff of the Skirt Restaurant in Singapore.
For me personally, it is always a great signal, if you do not see only hotelguests in a restaurants, but also a lot of locals – so that you have to reserve a table in advance… – so I can recommend this place absolutely – if you are on vacation of if you are living in Singapore… – hope you like my food pictures 
(Translate) Ich bin gerade zurück auf meinem Hotelzimmer in Singapur und es ist bereits 00.30 Uhr morgens, es war eigentlich geplant über verschiedene andere Dinge zu schreiben – aber ich muss heute einfach über Dinner in einem tollen Steakhouse berichten.
Nach einem tollen meeting am Nachmittag zu einer traditionellen Tee-Zeremonie, wo ich euch eigentlich Bilder von Macarons, tollen Mango-Gerüchten und vielem mehr zeigen wollte – habe ich direkt nach Verlassen der Zeremonie eine Einladung zum Abendessen bekommen – daher muss das Tee-Posting leider noch warten…
Das Restaurant heißt “Skirt” und ist sowieso schon ein toller Name für Fashion und Lifestyle-Blogger 
– aber in diesem Fall das Zeichen für ein tollen Steakhouse in Singapur – direkt im W-Hotel Singapur (und ich werde für dieses Posting nicht bezahlt 
– aber es war einfach lecker…) … Eine tolle Komposition, ein Restaurant mit Geschichte und den besten Steaks, von denen man träumen kann…
Begonnen hat alles mit einem tollen Brot und “King Prawns” als Vorspeise und die Größe des Gerichts waren sehr gut abgestimmt – gefolgt von einem Blackmore Skirt Steak und zum Abschluss als Dessert eine “Honey Meringue” Komposition. Es war wirklich sehr interessant mehr über das Restaurant zu erfahren und dem Konzept vom Restaurant, direkt vom australischen Chef de Cusiine Andrew Nocente und Ihrem Venue Manager Subaramaniam s/o M. Kuppusamy und dem besonders freundlichen Personal im Skirt Restaurant in Singapur.
Für mich persönlich ist es immer ein gutes Zeichen, wenn ich nicht nur Hotelgäste in einem Restaurant sehe, sondern viele Einheimische mit Freunden immer wieder in dieses Restaurant kommen – aber ihr solltet auf jeden Fall einen Tisch im voraus reservieren – wenn Ihr in Singapur lebt oder auch nur im Urlaub seid… ich hoffe euch gefallen auch dieses Mal meine “Food-Bilder”
