Neu eingezogen ~ Was 2016 bisher so bei mir eingetrudelt ist

Hallo Leute,ihr wisst ja gar nicht, wie viel Geld man auf einmal spart, wenn man nicht mehr liest^^ War ich vorher wöchentlich in Buchläden und habe bei jedem Besuch mindestens einen neuen Schatz mit nach Hause genommen, habe ich die letzten Jahre beinahe täglich auf Amazon mir irgendein Buch bestellt, so habe ich in den letzten acht Monaten praktisch kein einziges Buch gekauft. Ich habe eh nicht gelesen, also warum auch neuen Lesestoff kaufen? Dadurch habe ich tatsächlich plötzlich wieder mehr Geld zur Verfügung gehabt, was zur Abwechslung auch mal ganz nett war. Dennoch sind in den letzten Monat das ein oder andere Buch bei mir eingezogen, wobei ich von den vier Büchern, die ich euch jetzt zeige, zwei geschenkt bekommen habe.

Mr Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore von Robin Sloan

Dieses Buch habe ich zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen, da es sich auf meiner Wuschliste befunden hat und meine Tante mir eine Freude machen wollte. Ich will es auf jeden Fall noch lesen, nur kam ich bisher noch nicht dazu. Hoffentlich bald.

Oh je, was wurde dieses Buch letztes Jahr gehyped! Jeder hat es gelesen und irgendwie hat es auch jeder gemocht. Hatte ich zumindest das Gefühl. Jetzt ist ja der zweite Band erschienen, A Gathering of Shadows, und da dachte ich mir, dass ich mir ja jetzt mal den ersten Band zu Gemüte führen könnte. Ich bin schon sehr gespannt.

Ich mochte ja die Article 5-Trilogie von Kristen Simmons sehr gerne (HIER geht es zur Rezension zum ersten Band), daher musste ich mir auch ihr neuestes Buch kaufen. Diesmal handelt es sich mehr um Fantasy und ich bin schon gespannt, wie es sein wird. Ich erwarte keine Weltklasse-Literatur, aber ich hoffe, dass mich Kristen Simmons nochmals begeistern kann.

Layers von Ursula Poznanski

Seit Dorian von zu Hause abgehauen ist, schlägt er sich auf der Straße durch – und das eigentlich recht gut. Als er jedoch eines Morgens neben einem toten Obdachlosen aufwacht, der offensichtlich ermordet wurde, gerät Dorian in Panik, weil er sich an nichts erinnert: Hat er selbst etwas mit der Tat zu tun?

Ein neues Buch von Ursula Poznanski, einer meiner liebsten deutschsprachigen Autorinnen. Ich habe das Buch ebenfalls zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen, diesmal von meiner besten Freundin, aber auch hier bin ich noch nicht dazu gekommen, das Buch zu lesen. Es klingt jedenfalls sehr interessant und ich freue mich schon, es in Angriff zu nehmen.
