Ich wage mich langsam aber sicher immer mehr an Kleidung für mich ran und habe mir nun ein Jerseykleid genäht, das mir gut gefällt. Noch ist es leider nicht richtig warm genug, das Kleid einfach so tragen zu können, daher trage ich noch einige Schichten drunter (Longtop, Body, Strumpfhose, Leggins und Socken), aber mit der Zeit und etwas Hoffnung sollte es bald wärmer werden und ich kann das luftige Kleid im Warmen tragen. Der Schnitt kommt aus der Burda Plus F/S 2011 mit der Nummer 416 A. Der Stoff ist vom Stoffmarkt und wurde gekauft ohne dass ich dieses Schnittmuster im Hinterkopf hatte, aber witzigerweise habe ich die gleiche Farbe verwendet wie Burda. Slowly but surly I am venturing into sewing clothes for myself and have now sewn a knit dress, which I quite like. It is still not warm enough to wear it with several undergarments (longsleeve, body, tights, leggins and socks) but with time and hope it might be getting warmer soon and I will be able to wear this airy dress in all its glory, alone. I got the pattern from the Burda Plus magazine issue F/S 2011, pattern number 416 A. I bought the fabric at the fabric market without considering to make this dress with this fabric, but funnily enough I chose the same colour as Burda.
Da ich mich mit unbedeckten Oberarmen nie nich an die Öffentlichkeit wagen kann, habe ich die doch kurzen Ärmel mit einem doppelt gelegten Jerseyloop verlängert. Den Ausschnitt habe ich doppelt gefaltet, statt nur einmal, wie angegeben. Aber mein Ausschnitt schein etwas sittsamer zu sein als bei Burda.
As I just cannot go out into the open with bare upper arms, I lengthened the sleeves with a double layered knit loop. I also turned over the collar twice instead of only once, as per instructions. In addition, my neckline seems to be more modest than Burda's.
Ich fand es bei dem stretchigen Material unnötig, einen Zipper einzusetzen, also habe ich ihn weggelassen und die Rückteile bloß zusammengenäht. Außerdem fand ich die Erklärung, wie man ein Bändchen einnähen bwz. einfädeln muss, nicht logisch, also habe ich das Band einfach aufgenäht. Ich habe es bis zu den Seiten angenäht und hinten bindet man es zusammen. Ein bequemes einfaches Kleid, das ich vielleicht noch in anderen Farben brauche.
I thought it was unnecessary to add a zipper to this stretchy material, so I left it out and sewed the back parts together.Finally, I just did not understand the instructions on how to sew in/add the band, so I just sewed it on top, up to the sides and then you just bind it at the back.A very easy and comfortable dress, which I may need in other colours.
