Hoffe euch gehts gut? Bei mir ist die letzte Arbeitswoche vor der Hochzeit angebrochen und ich hab vorm Urlaub noch viel zu tun…aber das passt schon so, ich genieße die Zeit, man bereitet ja hoffentlich nur einmal eine Hochzeit vor! 
I hope you are fine?! I have the last work week before the wedding and its a lot to do before I leave…but I enjoy the time, you only plan a wedding once, right?! 
Da die Zeit derzeit eben sehr beschränkt ist hab ich ein ganz einfaches und schnelles Rezept für euch!! Esst ihr gerne Hummus? Ich schon, aber ich bin ja bekanntlich eine Süße, daher hab ich einfach mal “Hummus anders” gemacht:
As time is limited at the moment I have a quick and easy recipe for you today! Do you like Hummus? I do, but as I’m more a sweet person I did “hummus differently”:
Mint Chocolate Chip Hummus
Zutaten ————— Ingredients
1 Tasse Kichererbsen (gekocht)
1/4 Tasse Erdnussmus
1/4 Tasse Honig
1/2 TL Minzöl
1/4 Tasse Schokochips
1 cup chickpeas (cooked)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp mint extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Zubereitung / Preparation
- Alle Zutaten, bis auf die Schokochips, in die Küchenmaschine geben und so lange zerkleinern lassen, bis keine Klumpen mehr drinnen sind.
Put all ingredients (besides the chocolate chips) in the food processor and mix until no more lumps are visible. - Die Schokochips darunter rühren.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Ich liebe ihn!!! Man kann ihn aufs Brot schmieren, aufs Müsli geben oder einfach so löffeln, alles ist möglich!!
