Mein Laufjahr 2014 ist definitiv orange

Dezember 2014 Gerd Hinterlasse einen KommentarWenn ich lediglich die zweite Jahreshälfte 2014 als Anlass nehmen würde, dann sollte sich ein sportlicher Rückblick auf mein Laufjahr 2014 nicht lohnen. Aber wenn ich das ganze Jahr 2014 und im Besonderen die erste Hälfte des Jahres nehme, dann war´s ein erfolgreiches und vor allem ein spannendes Laufjahr 2014. Also versüße ich mir die letzten, mageren Wochen in diesem Jahr mit den vergangenen, aber keinesfalls vergessenen Highlights aus 2014.
Sensationeller Beginn des neuen Jahres mit knapp 330 Laufkilometern im Januar. Fast jeden Tag gelaufen und ordentlich Grundlage für die kommenden Ereignisse gelegt.
Es folgte ein “Standard-Februar” mit erkältungsbedingten 172 Laufkilometern. Auf Grund der krankheitsbedingten Pause noch immer voll im Plan.
Im März wurden noch ein paar weniger Kilometer laufend absolviert. Auch hier gab´s krankheitsbedingt wieder eine Pause. Dafür wurde wieder mal das Mountainbike bewegt.
Gegen Ende des Monats war die Form aber wieder im Plan und alles lief bestens.
Der April brachte wieder reichlich Kilometer unter die Laufschuhe. Die Vorbereitung stimmte und letztendlich gab es mit dem 12-Stundenlauf an den Salinen in Bad-Dürkheim und dem direkt folgenden Hamburg Marathon zwei Highlights für das Laufjahr 2014.

Die letzte Woche mit dem 12-h-Lauf und dem Hamburg Marathon war mit knapp 130 Laufkilometer meine bisherige intensivste Laufwoche seit ich die Laufschuhe schnüre und die drei Tage in Hamburg mit den Mizuno Runbirds waren einfach der Hammer. Dafür nochmals ein dickes, fettes Danke an Mizuno.

Form bewahren und sich innerlich auf mein absolut geilstes Event im Laufjahr 2014 einzustimmen.
Und dann kam der Juni mit meinem absolutes Highlight im Laufjahr 2014. Am heißesten Pfingsten seit der Wetteraufzeichnung und am heißesten Tag im ganzen Jahr. Mein erster 100er beim Bambinilauf der TorTourdeRuhr stand auf dem Programm. Für mich und meinen treuen Begleiter war es wirklich ein absoluter Höhepunkt in diesem Jahr. Für mich definitiv DAS HIGHLIGHT meiner bisherigen Läuferkarriere. Mein Laufjahr 2014 ist definitiv ORANGE!
Wenn ich mich zurück erinnere treibt`s mir noch immer den Schauer auf den Rücken und die Freudentränen in die Augen. Hammer! Dafür hat sich jeder Trainingskilometer die letzten Jahre gelohnt!

Ein geniales Treffen von Laufbloggern im Harz. Selten so viel Spaß gehabt und hoffentlich nicht das letzte seiner Art. Solche Veranstaltungen sind das Salz in der “Laufbloggersuppe!”

Wenn man die Intensität der Highlights bewertet dann reicht dies auch für ein Jahr. Nicht desto trotz hätte ich läuferisch gerne das Level gehalten. Aber Probleme mit meinem Fuß ließen dies nun mal nicht zu.
Zwar waren noch ein paar ordentliche Kilometer als Vorbereitung für den Frankfurt Marathon dabei, aber letztendlich habe ich mit dessen Absage gesundheitlich die richtige Entscheidung getroffen.
Es fällt zwar schwer einen Lauf abzusagen, aber noch schwerer wiegt es wenn man seine Gesundheit aufs Spiel setzt.
Und so blicke ich eigentlich gerne auf das zurückliegende Jahr 2014. Ich nehme die vielen tollen Erlebnisse mit ins neue Jahr. Erlebnisse bei denen ich viele meiner Leser auch live getroffen habe. Erlebnisse mit vielen tollen, interessanten, verrückten und liebenswerten Zeitgenossen die eines gemeinsam verbindet. DAS LAUFEN!
Und so werde ich mit ein bisschen gutem Willen vielleicht sogar noch die 1.900 Laufkilometer für 2014 voll bekommen. Die fehlenden 20 Kilometer sollten wohl noch machbar sein.
Und wenn´s nicht ganz klappt, dann freue ich mich auf 2015.
Auf eine neues und hoffentlich genauso tolles Jahr wie 2014. Ich hoffe dass meine Leser mir weiter treu bleiben und ich vielleicht die/den Eine/n oder Andere/n persönlich kennenlernen darf. Am liebsten natürlich bei einem gemeinsamen Lauf.
