Wie sieht Euer Frühstück aus?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A good breakfast for me islike a good start in the day. Many of you saw my breakfast in my "What I ate"-posts or on Instagram. Some of you were asking, what exactly is in my breakfast. Only yogurt and fruit? No, not just yogurt and fruit: about 150-200g low-fat yogurt with 1 tablespoon whole-grain oats, oat bran and flaxseed. Then a bit cassia-cinnamon and stevia. I blend everything very well. On top of it, I have always seasonal fruit. Currently it is apple, pear, nashi, kiwi, grapes, pomegranate. Along with a cup of green tea and on the weekends, I also like to have it with a soft egg. ;-) What do you have for breakfast?
