The first meeting last Thursday at the ITB Travel Fair 2013 was with “Deutsche Lufthansa” – my number one choice over the past years. So when flying a lot of domestic flights and intercontinental from Munich or Frankfurt to USA west-coast or east-coast, it was easy to reach their Star-Alliance-Status (SEN) over the years.

So it was interesting for me to get a tour of the “new” Lufthansa First Class by their fantastic technical team…
and introducing me their First Class seat you will find on their A380s and new Boeing 747-8, plus on more and more of their A340, A330. When you compare a product by Deutsche Lufthansa, you will find a high quality product, taken care on every moment and that is what I always enjoy on selecting Lufthansa. A premium product – you know the standard you can expect always.
The eight seats on their Lufthansa First class cabin are very comfortable – enough space, all the comfort you expect, curtains if you need them and the possibility to create a private “island” during your flight. I will show you more pictures of the full cabin and explain you more about the food, the service and seat when I fly with Lufthansa to one of their destinations within the next months.
Second part of this tour was the new “V-Style” Business Class, you will find on their new Boeing 747-8 with current destinations from Frankfurt to Bangalore and Delhi (India), Washington and Los Angeles (USA). The design is different, but very nice with a high usability. If you are travelling with your partner, I can recommend to take the window-seats, as they are a little bit closer together, if you travel alone, I recommend a seat in the middle of the 2-2-2 configuration.

After this great introduction and afterwards a wonderful meeting with other parts of their team – I have to say “Thank you to the team of Deutsche Lufthansa” for this morning and great to see you again soon. So it was easy to go to the next special event I will write about tomorrow… first hint… – a country between the USA and Guatemala.
