Drei Kreuze für den Kalender, denn ich habe es geschafft, mir zeitnah einige der ‘neuen’ Nail Colours von RIVAL DE LOOP YOUNG anzuschaffen.
Lucky Charm (RDEL YOUNG, Nail Colour). Farbe & Finish: Mittleres Braun mit Rosenholzeinschlag im Creme-Finish. Auftrag: Sehr gut. Sehr angenehme, nahezu perfekte Konsistenz, absolut problemlos zu verteilen, auch in dünner Schicht hervorragend lackierbar, äußerst zügig und makellos trocknend und deckend in einer bis maximal zwei Schichten. Den Pinsel empfinde ich als einen der besten überhaupt. Preis/Leistung: Sehr gut. Seit Herbst 2014 ist diese Farbe Teil des Nail Colour-Standardsortiments. Die 9 ml sind mit 1,39 Euro nahezu unverschämt günstig und traumhaft einfach zu lackieren. Wer Gefallen an der Farbe findet, sollte also schleunigst den nächsten Rossmann aufsuchen.
Die Farbe ist demnach auch das Einzige, das ich bemängeln könnte. Im Gegensatz zu Forever (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish), What’s My Name (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish) und Bed Of Flowers (CATRICE, Eve In Bloom), mit denen ich Lucky Charm ursprünglich vergleichen wollte, ist letzterer sehr braunlastig. Ihm fehlen die Anteile Altrosa, die sich in der Flasche noch erahnen lassen, fast vollständig.
Auf zwei Schichten Lucky Charm habe ich Striping Tape platziert, After Work (RDEL YOUNG, Nail Colour) und Gold Rush (RDEL YOUNG, Nail Colour) aufgetragen und das Design mit einer Schicht Quick Dry Top Coat (ESSENCE) überzogen.
Since RIVAL DE LOOP YOUNG is a brand that is only available in the drugstore Rossmann, it is quite difficult for me to get some of their Nail Colours. Unfortunately, these polishes are of highest quality for a very low price. Lucky Charm (RDEL YOUNG, Nail Colour), for example, contains 9 ml of a medium, rosewood to brown colour with creme finish for 1,39 Euro. The texture is optimal, the brush very easy to handle, the colour is opaque in one thicker coat or two thin coats and dries very fast. This is more, than a lot of higher priced polished do not provide. In fact, the brush is quite similar to the Colour & Go Polishes (ESSENCE) but bound more tightly and therefor a little bit easier to handle. Depending on the pressure you apply, the brush fans out even more than ESSENCE‘s brushes or stays the same which is great for both narrow and wide nails. For the design, I applied two thin coats of Lucky Charm, placed striping tape, added After Work (RDEL YOUNG, Nail Colour) and Gold Rush (RDEL YOUNG, Nail Colour) and one coat of Quick Dry Top Coat (ESSENCE).
