Ich darf wieder etwas testen!! Vor kurzem hab ich ein Paket von Lifefood (deutsche Seite hier) bekommen, vollgepackt mit tollen Sachen!! Ich kenn die Produkte von Lifefood schon länger, ess vor allem die rawmeo Kugeln unglaublich gerne – “Lifefood means food for life” – genau meine Wellenlänge! Die Produkte werden aus natürlichen Zutaten hergestellt und sind alle roh. Dadurch bleiben alle Nährstoffe erhalten. Außerdem sind die Produkte vegan, glutenfrei, laktosefrei und ohne Zuckerzusatz!! Klingt gut oder?
I’m testing again!! I got a package from Lifefood, packed with their great products! I know their products since some months and love their raw snackballs – “Lifefood means food for life” – that’s exactly my way of thinking!! The products are made of natural ingredients and they are raw. Thereby all the nutritional properties of the base ingredients remain intact and preserved. Additionally the products are vegan, glutenfree, lactose free and without added sugar! Sounds great, right?!
Testen durfte ich die folgenden Produkte (ich geb immer gleich meinen Senf dazu, dann muss ich nicht zweimal aufzählen

lifefood Schoko – Cashew / lifefood Chocolate – Cashew
Cashews sind Max’ Lieblingsnüsse und auch ich ess sie gerne, daher war schnell klar: diese Schokolade ist genau für uns!! Die Zutaten sprechen auch für sich, alles ganz natürlich und erkennbar. Die Schokolade schmeckt dadurch natürlich anders als viele handelsübliche Schokoladen, ich find sie ist daher schlecht vergleichbar. Aber abgesehen von Vergleichen schmeckt sie sehr gut, zergeht schön im Mund und hilft beim Gusto auf Süß!!
Cashews are Max’s favorite nuts and I like them too, so it quickly became clear: this chocolate is just for us! The ingredients speak for themselves, all natural and recognizable. The chocolate tastes different than many commercial chocolates due to the natural ingredients and the rawness, so its a bit difficult to compare. But aside from comparing it tastes very good, melts nicely in your mouth and helps when the sweet cravings hit!!
lifebar Feige / lifebar fig
Ich kannte bisher nur die anderen Geschmacksrichtungen, war daher schon sehr gespannt auf den Feigenriegel!! Und was soll ich sagen, er schmeckt genauso gut wie ich ihn mir vorgestellt hab! Die Zutaten sind auch wieder ganz einfach, irgendwann mach ich den mal nach!!
I already knew the other flavors of the lifebars, therefore I was very excited to try the fig bar! And what can I say, it tastes just as good as I imagined it! The ingredients are again very basic, so omeday I’ll try to make a fig bar on my own!

rawmeo Cashew
Die rohen Nusskugeln sind generell meine Favoriten!! Das Biogeschäft gegenüber von meiner Arbeit kennt mich schon, ich komm dort jede Woche genau diese Kugeln (und die anderen Geschmacksrichtungen) kaufen weil sie so gut sind. Natürlich kann ich sie auch selbst machen, die Zutaten sind ähnlich meinen Energance Balls und sie schmecken auch genauso gut, aber manchmal bin sogar ich bequem!!
The raw nut balls are generally my favorites! The organic store opposite of my work already knows me, I’m there every week to buy exactly these balls (and other flavors) because they are so good. Of course I can also make them on my own, the ingredients are similar to my Energance balls and they taste just as good, but sometimes even I’m lazy!
Bio Chai Orange Cookies
Mmmmh! Mehr kann ich dazu fast nicht sagen!! Unglaublich gut, mit leichtem Chai-Gewürz und Orangengeschmack zergehen diese Cookies im Mund und hinterlassen einfach nur ein gutes Gefühl!! Die muss ich in Wien noch suchen, die gibts in meinem Bio-Geschäft (noch) nicht…
Mmmm! That’s all I can say! The cookies taste incredibly good, with a hint of chai spice and orange flavor, these cookies melt in your mouth and just leave you with a good feeling! I still have to look for them in Vienna, my beloved organic store doesn’t have them (yet) …
Cacao Buckwheaties
Unter den Buckwheaties konnte ich mir gar nix vorstellen, aber nachdem ich sie dann gekostet hatte war schnell klar: ich will mehr!! Sie sind weniger süß als die anderen Dinge und eher mal etwas für zwischendurch, auch ohne süßen Gusto!!
I didn’t know what to expect from the buckwheaties, but after I tried them I knew: I want more!! They are less sweet than the other things and are great for a snack!!
Feinschmecker Röllchen Feige-Lebkuchengewürz / Organic spiced flax fig rolls
Die Röllchen sehen schon mal supersüß aus und sind im Grunde einfach aufgerollte süße Cracker 
Man kann sie entweder aufrollen und Stück für Stück essen, oder gleich als Ganzes in den Mund stecken (wenn man so gierig ist wie ich) Sie eignen sich perfekt als Snack für zwischendurch und schmecken superlecker!! Ein bisschen nach Weihnachten, mmmh!!
The rolls are supercute, they are basically just rolled up crackers! You can roll them out and eat piece by piece, or you just pop the whole thing in your mouth, like I did! They taste great, a bit like christmas, mmmh!!
Pikantbrot Tomate & Sellerie / Organic raw tomato pitta bread
Das Pikantbrot kann man am ehesten mit Knäckebrot vergleichen, ziemlich knackig. Es hat einen leichten Geschmack nach Tomaten und einen lauchigen Nachgeschmack durch den Sellerie. Ich hab es mit Aufstrich und/oder Schinken gegessen und find es echt gut!! Auf jeden Fall aromatischer als Knäckebrot 
The pitta bread is comparable to crisp bread, it’s very firm and has a light taste of tomatoes and a aftertaste of leek from the celery. I tried it with spread and/or ham and liked it. It’s definitely more aromatic than crisp bread 
Pikantkräcker Zwiebel / Organic Pumpkin Onion Flax Crackers
Die Pikantkräcker sind sehr ähnlich dem Pikantbrot, erinnern mich auch an Knäckebrot. Man kann noch schön alle Zutaten erkennen, die Leinsamen, die Kürbiskerne…und den Zwiebel schmeckt man raus!
The flax crackers are similar to the pita bread and also remind me of crisp bread. You can still see the ingredients, the flax seeds, the pumpkin seeds…and you can definitely taste the garlic!

Bio Cashewkerne indisch / Organic indian cashews
Ich hab ja selbst schon mal pikante Nüsse gemacht, diese hier sind mit indischen Gewürzen! Wenn ihr indisches Essen liebt, dann liebt ihr diese Nüsse auch!!
I tried making savoury nuts also once, these are with indian spices. If you like indian food, you’ll also like these nuts!

Bio Sonnenknuspis Provence / Organic provencale sunflower sprouts provence
Die Sonnenknuspis sind etwas was ich vorher noch nie gesehen hab! Knusprige Sonnenblumenkerne, zusammen gehalten durch Tomatensoße, gewürzt mit Bio-Kräutern…mmmh!! Ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis, einfach so zum knuspern, oder über den Salat!
These sprouts are something that I’ve never seen bevore!! Crispy sunflower seeds, held together with tomato sauce, seasoned with biological spices…mmmh!! It tastes just great, plain or over a salad.

Bio Rotalgen-Flocken / Red algae flakes
Meine Smoothies haben eine ganz neue Zutat, nämlich diese Flocken!! Sie schmecken ein bisschen fischig und nach Meer, man muss den Geschmack also mögen. Die Flocken zergehen auf der Zunge (dh auch im Smoothie), man kann sie auch einfach auf Salate streuen.
My smoothies have a new ingredient: these flakes!! They taste a bit fishy and like the sea, so you really have to like this taste. The flakes melt on your tongue (so also in the smoothie), you can also put them over a salad.
Vielen Dank an Lifefood für die Produkte, hat wirklich Spaß gemacht alles einmal zu kosten!! (Dieser Artikel gibt meine ganz persönliche Meinung wider, ich habe einzig die Produkte von Lifefood erhalten, bekomme aber keine Vergütung für diesen Artikel und meine Meinung!!)
