Let's dance

Put on your red shoes and dance the blues!Kann sein, dass ich bereits als Vierjährige durch David Bowies Video zum Song "Let's dance" meine Leidenschaft für rote Schuhe entdeckt habe. Kann auch sein, dass es meine prinzipielle Liebe zu rot ist. Oder dass ich generell viele Dinge mag und trage, die polarisieren. Und rote Schuhe gehören ganz klar dazu. Kaum ein Schuh hat eine ambivalentere bzw. polarisierendere Wirkung wie ein roter Schuh - am besten noch aus Lack wie in meinem Fall :-) ... Ein roter Schuh kann schnell nach Milieu aussehen, billig wirken. Aber je nach Styling und Schnitt bzw. Form kann er auch ein cooler Eyecatcher und sogar elegant wirken. (Achtung Werbung: Schaut Euch dazu auch meinen nächsten Post an :-) ...) Was sagt ihr zu diesem "red look"? Daneben gegangen oder würdet ihr das auch tragen?Österreichischer Blogaward!Noch etwas ganz Wichtiges: Ich habe vor ein paar Minuten erfahren, dass ich zwar unter den Top 10 bin, aber keinen Stockerlplatz erhalten habe. Wer die 3 besten Blogs in Österreich sind, erfährt man ab dieser Woche Freitag hier! An dieser Stelle nochmals 1000 Dank an alle, die mit mir den "Wahlkampf" bestritten, mich unterstützt, für mich gevotet und immer wieder nachgefragt haben, wie denn nun das Endergebnis ist :-) ... Und auch wenn sich das wie eine abgedroschene und hohle Plattitüde anhört: Ich bin wirklich super zufrieden und glücklich mit meiner Top 10 Platzierung und gratuliere den Top 3! Ich tippe auf Broken Cookies, Daria Daria und Vienna Wedekind :-) ...
Put on your red shoes and dance the blues!Maybe it's the fault of David Bowies music video "Let's dance" that I'm addicted to red shoes since I was four years old. Maybe it's due to my general passion for the color red. Maybe it's due to the fact that I in general like and wear polarizing things. And red shoes are definitely a part of those things. There is hardly any other shoe with such an ambivalent and polarizing effect like a red shoe - and even better made of patent leather like mine :-) ... Red shoes can give you quite quick a look of red light district and/or cheap. But with the right cut and shape they can also look quite elegant and be an amazing eye-catcher. (Attention - advertising: Take a look at my next post :-) ...) What do you think about  this "red look"? Went wrong or would you wear it?
Austrian Blogaward!Another important thing: I've just been informed that I'm in the Top 10, but NOT among the first three. On Friday Austria's best three blogs will be announced here! I would like to take this opportunity once again to say "THANK YOU" to all my dearest supporters, campaigners, voters and those who required again and again for the final result :-) ...
