Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit noch rief mich Jean Nicolas Proschek – oder einfach Nic Proschek – mit der Bitte an, meinen Artikel „Jean Nicolas Proschek im Circus Maximus“ doch aus dem Netz zu entfernen. Für die, die den Artikel nicht gelesen haben sollten: Darin geht es darum, wie Jean Nicolas Proschek mit seiner Promotionfirma Circus Maximus bankrott gegangen ist und eine Veranstaltung nicht stattgefunden hat. Auf eben dieser Veranstaltung hätte István Szili (17 Kämpfe, 17 Siege, 7 durch KO) um den WBO Intercontinental Titel im Mittelgewicht und Özlem Sahin (15 Kämpfe, 14 Siege, 5 durch KO, 1 Unentschieden) gegen Ria Ramnarine (22 Kämpfe, 15 Siege, 2 durch KO, 6 Niederlagen, 2 durch KO, 1 Unentschieden) um die WIBF und der GBU Weltmeisterschaft im Strohgewicht boxen sollen.
Proschek stellte sich als Opfer der Umstände dar. Er betonte, sein Management von István Szili sei insgesamt doch erfolgreich gewesen und nur als Veranstalter habe er Fehler gemacht. Blauäugig wie ich bin, habe ich ihm die Entfernung des Artikels nach einiger Zeit versprochen. Später entfernte ich den Artikel auch. Nun ist er wieder online. Ich fühle mich nicht mehr an meine Zusage gebunden. Der Grund dafür? Eine Mail von Ria Ramnarine, die mich einfach nur wütend macht.

How are you? I hope you are and in good health.
As you would imagine, I have been patiently waiting on the reimbursement as was promised. Maybe you did not understand how much money I spent to arrange for visas, my medicals and training for the fight.
I spent about 1700 USD in medicals and visas. I had to arrange for both my USA visa and my Swiss visa. I had to ship my passport to Venezuela to obtain the Swiss visa as there is no Swiss embassy in Trinidad. My coach has also spent a lot of money.
I am not trying to make things difficult but I really would appreciate the reimbursement of 1500 USD. This fight was cancelled at the very last moment. I also lost income on the time-off I took from working.
I do understand that fights are cancelled at times. However at the very last moment and after so much expenses, it is difficult to recover from my loss of money.
On more than one occasion I was told by Mr. Niessen that the money was sent. – have constantly checked with my bank and there is nothing.
Please indicate on how you plan to deal with this. I’d greatly appreciate an answer as soon as possible.

Ramnarine ging davon aus, dass Jean Nicolas Proschek – oder einfach Nic Proschek – ein Mann ist, der zu seinem Wort steht. Proschek hatte ihr schriftlich per Email versprochen, ihre Ausgaben zu übernehmen. Offensichtlich hat er das aber bis heute nicht getan.
