{Initiative Sonntagssüß} Carrot Cake

Lange nicht mehr mit gemacht (und überhaupt bisher erst einmal geschafft?!), doch heute gibts auch bei uns wieder was „geknipstes“ Sonntagssüßes (ich vergess nämlich regelmäßig, das zu fotografieren *hüstel*).

Didn´t manage to take part of it for a long time, but today we will have something „captuered“ sunday sweet.

Sagenhaft lecker und saftig und einfach nur klasse, dieser CarrotCake. Das Rezept stammt übrigens aus meiner Backbibel von Cynthia. Falls Ihr das Buch immernoch  nicht habt, KAUFbefehl! Absolut geniale und gelingsichere Rezepte, wie ich immer wieder feststellen darf #ich #Backnull.
