letzte Woche war ich mit meinem Mann für ein paar Tage im Urlaub. Wir besuchten seine Tante & Cousin. Auf dem Heimweg haben wir für einen Tag einen Zwischenstopp im Freizeitpark "Phantasialand" gemacht und verbrachten dort die Nacht im Hotel "Matamba", das im afrikanischen Stil gehalten ist. Ich hab euch jede Menge Bilder dazu gemacht. Das Wetter war nicht ganz so toll, wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Tag & eine gute Nacht. Meine Angst, mit meinem großen Hintern und meinem Bäuchlein nicht in eines der Fahrgeschäfte zu passen war völlig unnötig. Sie hatten "großen Sitze" und sogar "Test- Sitze", in denen man vorab probieren konnte, ob es passt.

last week I went away with my hubby for a few days. We visit his aunt & cousin. On the way home we made a stop in a funpark called "Phantasieland" for a day and stayed the night in an African-themed hotel called "Matamba". I wanted you to share a few pictures I took. Even the weather wasn't this nice, we had a fun day & a good night. My fear, to not fit in a ride with my big round butt and my stomach were completely unnecessary. They got "big seats", "test seats" where you can try if it fits so everything was fine.}
Die Nacht im Hotel war großartig. Wir konnten früher als eigentlich angegeben einchecken, meine vorherige Anfrage wurde also berücksichtigt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten ein normales Zimmer, kein Luxus-Zimmer, aber mit sehr gutem Standard (3 Sterne Superior). Das Bett war wirklich schön, wir hatten einen kleinen Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage. Ich habe die riesige Dusche geliebt. Und ooh mein Gott, das Frühstück war einfach wunderbar. Alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann .. soo lecker.
{The night in the hotel was great. We could "Check In" early cause I ask if they could arrange that, and they did. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a normal room, it's not luxurey but it was high standard (3 Stars Superior). The bed was really nice. We had a little TV and an air conditioning. Loved the huge shower. And oh my god guys .. the breakfast was just wonderful. Everything you could possibly imagine..soo tasty.}
Der Park ist nicht so groß, aber er ist sehr ordentlich und sie arbeiten ständig daran. Ich denke, man kann einen ganzen Tag Spaß darin haben, egal in welchem Alter. An unserem Tag hatten wir 2 große Überraschungen! Die erste war die Show "7". Es ist ein Magier-Show, wirklich toll, sollte man sich unbedingt ansehen. Die zweite war das "Spielhaus", in dem der 4-D Kurzfilm "Pirates" gezeigt wird. Ratet mal, wer darin mitspielt? Leslie Nielsen & Eric Idle! Wow, was für ein Paar! Loved it! Wenn ihr über Nacht bleibt, solltet ihr nicht die "Asia Night" verpassen. Diese ist kostenlos für die Gäste. Wir hatten zudem den "Quick Pass" (im Hotelpreis enthalten), mit diesem braucht man an ein paar Fahrgeschäften nicht in der Warteschlange stehen. Er kostet 15 € und ihr könnt ihn je einmal für 7 Fahrgeschäfte verwenden. Das könnte ein guter Tipp sein, wenn der Park sehr gut besucht ist!
{The park is not that huge but it's neat and they are working constantly on it. I think you can have a full day fun time in it no matter what age. On our day we had 2 big suprises! The first one was the Show "7". It's a Magic Show, really great, you should see it. The next one was the "Spielhaus" where the 4-D short movie "Pirates" is played. Guess who is in the cast? Leslie Nielsen & Eric Idle! Wow what a couple! Loved it! If you stay over night, don't miss the "Asia Night" which is free for guests. We had the "Quick Pass" (included in the hotel rate), this is a pass where you don't have to stay in line. It normally costs 15 € and you can use it one time for 7 attractions. This could be a great tip if they park is well attended!}
