Landkarten und Stadtpläne haben mich schon immer fasziniert. Ich habe sogar eine Sammlung von Stadtplänen und Karten aller Länder und Städte in denen ich jemals war. (Auch von welchen in denen ich noch nicht war.)
Ein Plan in dieser Art schwebte mir schon seit langem vor. Selten habe ich an einer Druckplatte so lange geschnitten wie an diesem Stadtplan. Die Schrift war ganz schön fummelig und das neue Material etwas störrisch.

A kind of map like this I had a long time in my mind but never realised it. Perhaps because I knew how long it takes to carve it. This tiny type was a bit difficult and the new material was not the best choice.
