Totgeglaubte leben länger? Vielleicht. Aber zumindest sind sie noch nicht tot… Obwohl ich meine schwere Erkältung schon länger überwunden habe, hatte ich noch länger mit den Folgen zu kämpfen. Ich war schlapp, meine Nägel brüchig wie seit Jahren nicht mehr und meine Nagelhaut teilweise böse entzündet. So langsam hat sich diese Problematik gegeben und ich kann wieder damit beginnen, euch ansprechende Fotos von neuen Lacken zu präsentieren. Den Anfang machen die Neuzugänge der – von mir – ebenfalls schon fast totgesagten Color Victim Nail Polish Reihe von P2.
Good Deal (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish). Farbe & Finish: Mittleres, minimal pastellig-gedecktes Türkisblau mit Creme-Finish. Auftrag: Gut. Die Textur ist angenehm und gut zu verteilen, aber leider nicht besonders stark pigmentiert. Die Farbe deckt erst nach zwei bis drei Schichten komplett, trocknet jedoch zügig durch. Preis/Leistung: Sehr gut. Seit dem März 2015 sind die 8 ml neu im Color Victim Nail Polish-Standardsortiment und für schmale 1,55 Euro zu haben.
Einen unschönen Beigeschmack erzeugt jedoch die Tatsache, dass im Rahmen derselben Sortimentsumstellung Drive Me Crazy (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish) aus dem Sortiment genommen wurde. Beide Farben sind nämlich – bis auf den leichten Pastellschleier von Good Deal – identisch. Drive Me Crazy ist allerdings deckender und damit unkomplizierter im Auftrag. Wenn ihr also Drive Me Crazy oder Boat Trip (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish) besitzt, könnt ihr euch Good Deal sparen.
Drei Schichten Good Deal habe ich letztlich per Saran Wrap-Technik mit Pure White (P2, Square Affaire), Night Out (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish) und Next Exit: Party! (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish) verziert. Dieses lockere Sommerdesign habe ich anschließend mit einer Schicht Re-Fill Gel (P2) überzogen.
There’s life in the old dog yet… It took me a while to recover completely from my bad cold, especially from the side effects that were affecting my blogging routine. I was tired very often and my nails and my cuticles were in a very bad shape. Although my nails are still very short, they are back on track and ready to be shown. Good Deal (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish) is one of the new Color Victim Nail Polishes by P2 and available since today. Good Deal is a slightly muted, medium green-tinted blue with a creme finish. It is easy to apply, although not that opaque as Drive Me Crazy (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish) that has been discontinued this month. Both colours are extremely similar. I used three coats of Good Deal and added Pure White (P2, Square Affaire), Night Out (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish) and Next Exit: Party! (P2, Color Victim Nail Polish) using saran wrap. Afterwards, I sealed this summery design with one coat of Re-Fill Gel (P2).
