Beim heutigen Look muss ich ein bisschen schummeln. Der aufmerksame Betrachter, hat es vielleicht schon gewittert: die Bilder sind schon etwas älter und die Kirschblüten blühen (leider) schon lange nicht mehr. Wir haben den Look Anfang Mai geshootet und ich habe lange gezögert ihn zu posten, da die Bilder leider nicht so gut geworden sind. Allerdings passt er perfekt zum aktuellen schlechten Sommerwetter, welches es gleichzeitig verhindert schöne neue Sommerlooks zu fotografieren. In diesem Sinne ist heute also der perfekte Tag für diesen Post…
We shot today’s outfit already a while ago. You might have noticed it by inspecting the background. Unfortunately the time of the cherry blossoms is already over. Anyway, I hesitated to post that outfit because of the quality of the pictures. As the current weather is (unfortunately) perfect for an outfit like this though and because we can’t shoot new summer looks with all that rain, today is the perfect day for this outfitpost…
Als vor einigen Monate diese Lederjacke in meinen Besitz wanderte, war ich mehr als glücklich. Übrigens habe ich sie euch hier das erste Mal gezeigt. Auch wenn eine schwarze Lederjacke ein Basic im Kleiderschrank sein sollte, habe ich nie das richtige Modell für mich davor gefunden. Typischerweise spiele ich, wenn ich mir lang-ersehnte Teile zulegen, alle möglichen Kombinationen durch, in denen ich sie ausführen kann. Eine davon war, was die Lederjacke betrifft, die Kombination mit einem engen Midirock. Während ich normalerweise gerne lässige Oberteile oder Croptops (entweder ganz oder gar nicht!) zu Midiröcken kombiniere, schafft eine Lederjacke dazu den Spagat; einerseits lässig und trotzdem tailliert. Um den Look ein bisschen aufzulockern, habe ich Glitzersandalen dazu kombiniert. Für mich die perfekte Kombination für einen Tag, der auf der Arbeit oder in der Uni beginnt und mit einem Treffen mit Freunden endet. Wie gefällt er denn euch? 
I got this biker leather jacket a couple of month ago and was more that happy about it (this was the first look where I presented it to you). Although a black leather jacket should be a wardorbe basic I could not find a good one for years. It is typical for me to plan a lot of combinations when I am about to get something that I was longing for some time. One of the possibilities to wear off a black biker jacket is to combine it with a pencil midi skirt. Usually I prefer to wear tight midi skirts with either oversized tops or crop tops. The fitted leather jacket is a nice match as it gives a nice silhouette but still looks casual. The glitter jelly sandals add some freshness to the outfit. It is perfect for a day at the office that ends with hanging out with your friends. Do you like it?
