Durch Zufall bin ich heute auf diese SoundCloud-Alternative gestossen. hearthis.at ist komplett kostenlos und werbefrei und vereint viele positive Features der etablierten Dienste SoundCloud und Mixcloud, aber auch einige neue.
Zum Funktionsumfang gehören unbegrenzte Uploadzeit, Kommentare, Cover- und Hintergrundbilder, Playlists, Sets, Bildergalerien, Statistiken, Verzicht auf Flash und Unterstützung für mobile Endgeräte.
Der erste Eindruck ist durchaus positiv, wobei die Navigation auf der Seite ein bißchen unübersichtlich erscheint. Auch die Auswahl ist noch begrenzt, was aber mit Sicherheit daran liegt, das es diesen Dienst noch nicht lange gibt. Ob sich hearthis.at auf Dauer als wirkliche Alternative zu SoundCloud etablieren kann, ist abzuwarten. Ich werde auf jeden Fall etwas weiter stöbern.
