„Winter is coming" heißt es derzeit bei Bigpoint, denn für das nächste große Projekt hat sich der Entwickler mit dem amerikanischen Medienunternehmen HBO zusammengetan. Für die Umsetzung der weltweit bekannten Serie „Game of Thrones" als MMO sucht Bigpoint nach Unterstützung. Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Senior Art Director (m/w), der idealerweise schon an größeren Projekten gearbeitet hat und bereit ist, im Namen von Winterfell einen beträchtlichen Anteil an der Entwicklung mitzugestalten. Your responsibilites:

• Establish industry-leading best practices and processes for creating and developing free to play MMO games.
• Build and manage a AAA art team, focusing on strong performance and continued professional development.
• Create the game's vision, in collaboration with the Game leadership
  Communicate the Visual Goals to the development team and company ip holder.
• Enforce the quality bar across all elements of the game

Your skills:

• BA/BS Degree
  Minimum 8-12 years' experience in creative game development with direct experience managing cross-disciplinary game teams and owning oversight of game creative vision.
• Strong familiarity with MMO marketplaces, trends and best practices.
  Strong design or artistic leadership experience and ability to work with and manage cross functional units to advance business objectives.
• Passion for gaming, especially online.
• Be an exceptional leader, with the ability to both listen effectively and influence a team and make hard decision.
• Experience delivering games based on renowned IP is a must.
• Advanced analytic skills including financial modeling and P&L management capabilities.
• Be a part of the recruiting process at Bigpoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required.
• Must be mature self-motivated and results oriented.
